I hope you're doing well, just wanted to chime in and say as a person who's suffered nearly my whole life with anxiety and panic attacks, please be gentle with yourself if the anxiety comes back, don't think "Oh no this isn't working anymore," it comes and goes in waves and all you can do is try your best to be like water and let it all pass through you and away ❤️

I picked this at random and didn't even realize it was asmr. I really thought it was an Alexander technique demonstration. It's the best asmr video I've seen in a long time. A lot of artists don't seem to realize how important authenticity is. You guys have it down to a science! I subscribed, and will be watching the rest of your videos.

I just generally find ASMR with real people to be 100x better as they feel more wholsome. The ASMR where people just whisper into microphones and brush doll heads to be creepy and unsettling.

I highly recommend Semidecoco! She does ASMR on other people and has a very calming voice. It's especially good if you're a fanatic for medical/massage ASMR like I am!

this is one of the best ASMR channels. all movements and examinations in these videos feel meaningful and deliberate, which is what's needed for ASMR to work.

Touch in my opinion is the single greatest sensation in ASMR. This young lady uses it very well I think. I bet this guy loves every second of it.

People are turning away from touch ( not because they want to but by cultural needs demanding it for various reasons right now especially)and with Pandemic it is now worse and they crave this. Science has found that newborn babies thrive when born much better if they are held and touched after birth more often than not. We all need "touching" in the correct ways, of course.

Hi Mary! Thank you for letting me know. I have removed the ending ad. We are fortunate that we don’t need ASMR income to survive, so I don’t generally have ads in the middle or end of a video (there are a few leftover here and there from when we started.) That being said, ASMR creators put as much effort into their content as other creators and it is an unfortunate reality that they earn far less ad revenue bc they have a limited placement. Please consider supporting ASMRtists in other ways. Personally I use YT premium because I don’t want ads at night. Works great and gives a portion to whoever I watch.

I said the same thing about himher asmr that you know exactly what asmr is all about, it's crazy cause I ran into the Alexander technique too and loved it, with the older gentleman lol
