Ingredients:
- 500g raw beef brisket slices or any beef sliced
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, gruyere, or your choice)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
oven to 380°F (180°C) 50 mins covered 15-20 mins uncovered
Air fryer 340°F (170°C) 50 mins covered 15-20 mins uncovered

I use a HYSapientia 24L Air fryer oven
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2-3 tbsp prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
