“I’ll admit. Kay created a few recipes for me. One of the greatest to ever step into a kitchen. Her detail to cooking is immaculate and her creativity goes beyond basic thought. Undoubtedly a big influence on my cooking. A true genius.” - Gordon Ramsay on Kay’s Cooking
Just the thing for a stormy Wednesday night. It will certainly keep the winter chill away. I remember one winter day when I couldn't keep the chill out. I tried everything from putting on my thermal knickerbockers to break dancing and none of that worked. I eventually tried hot onion soup and that did just the job. It was proper warming and I could eat it a the same time as a bathed in it. Next time I'll add croutons to the bath to make it extra luxurious and exfoliating. Fumbs up.
We love you kay! Please stay happy for us. Your food and cooking tips has helped alot of us out. Not all of us have money to afford fancy things and your recipes have helped me. Thank you kay.
That I don't even I don't know about that baby. But I love how she always gets upset at us when we know half the time she not eating that food. And why does it feel like she's angrier more today than ever? What's wrong Kay
Have you ever thought of getting an Instant Pot Kay? It's my favorite cooker for rice. Just throw in equal parts rice, water, and push cook! Great for soups, stews, and even super tender and moist roasts.
@@pointfull P.S. if you're making fried rice, after rinsing the rice, add a splash of oil and stir it in before adding the water. Makes each grain non-stick! (well better than naked rice)
@@TnT_F0X also what is an instant pot.. in a normal rice cooker all you have to do use to cup they come with and if you put like 3 cups you fill it in until it hits line number 3.. and then you use finger method to be sure but i do not know what an instant pot is tbh
Good morning from Iowa Kay! This looks very good, you should see the bacon we have here. I think some people call it streaky bacon. I glad to hear it was a broken phone and not too serious! We missed you!
Hello Kay I enjoyed the video I have a Chicken Alfredo Bake recipe I would like to see you make on a future video it's simple and delicious heres the recipe: INGREDIENTS: Pasta - I used penne but other small shapes like rigatoni, farfalle, rotini, shells, or ziti will work too. Chicken - Fully cooked and shredded. I used a rotisserie chicken, totally simple and delicious. Butter - Unsalted. Garlic - I like to add more or less depending on my preference. Flour - All purpose flour to thicken the sauce. You can use a cornstarch slurry instead. Broth - I use chicken broth, but vegetable will work too. Try to use low-sodium. Half & half cream - This is half milk, half cream. About 10% MF. Onion powder - You can use more or less if you like. Spices - Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cheese - I’m using mozzarella and parmesan cheese today, but you’re welcome to use any of your favorite cheeses. Parsley - Chopped, for garnish and color. STEP:1. Prep the pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Preheat the oven to 375F and grease a 9×13″ baking dish. STEP 2:Make the sauce: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds, then whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute.Whisk in the broth and cream, then bring to a simmer while stirring until the sauce thickens. Add the spices and cheeses, then stir until smooth. STEP 3:Assemble the casserole: In a large bowl, mix the pasta and chicken with the sauce. Add everything to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown. Garnish with parsley and serve. I hope you cook this kay I would love to see you cook it and excellent video Kay!

This was exactly what I needed, another video from Kay. I've been having a terrible 2024 so far as i realize how toxic some of my friends are, and Kay's videos make me forget that. So thanks, Kay❤❤❤. I hope you've had a better 2024.
Happy 2024 Kay! Hope you and Lee had a great Christmas! P.S. Crispy Bacon is the best Bacon!!!! but only for American Bacon, Bri'ish bacon though you're right. :)
Kay, another lovely meal. I hope you are ok? The last few cooking videos you’ve done you seem very stressed and annoyed. Hope you are ok. Can you please do my request soon. It’s been 10 months since I requested it. I know you’re working hard, keep up the good work. Xxx
Looks decent Kay. It evoked a memory of my Mom's COTTAGE PIE. Brown 2 pounds of ground beef and pour off grease. Transfer cooked ground beef into baking dish(same one you used for the onions and bacon transfer). Pour atop the ground beef one drained can of whole kernel corn and one full can of cream styled corn. Top off corn with a layer of mashed potatoes. Bake in preheated oven at 205' for 30 minutes. Ground beef should be seasoned with salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce. After spreading mashed potatoes into baking dish, you can drag a fork across it to create stripes across it for a texture. Bake until top is slightly browned on the tips of the striped potatoes.
@@rebel4466 Pâté Chinois or Chinese pie where i come from. But thank you as i am now seeing that shepards pie is made with lamb. I shall correct my entry.
