Recipe for: Potato Nests with Minced Meat. Easy and Delicious Recipe for Lunch or Dinner!
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Potatoes - 1.2 kg. (boiled).
Minced meat - 350 g.
Cheese - 100 g (grated).
Canned tomatoes - 150 g (mashed).
Egg - 1 pc.
Onion- 1 head (finely chopped).
Parsley- 1 sprig (finely chopped).
Garlic- 1 clove (finely chopped).
Breadcrumbs - 50 g.
Salt.
Pepper.
Paprika.
Samardala.
Oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Add parsley, breadcrumbs and egg to them. Season with salt, pepper and samardala. Stir to mix everything very well. It should be like potato dough. Grease a baking tray with a little oil. Wet your hands with lukewarm water and form 6 large balls from the potato dough. Shape each ball into a nest. Arrange the nests in the greased pan.
Start preparing the stuffing by pouring a little oil into a preheated pan and adding the minced meat. Fry the minced meat, stirring constantly, until it becomes small lumps. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic, and continue to fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add the canned canned tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir, cook for 1 minute more and turn off the heat.
Fill the nests evenly with the prepared stuffing. Sprinkle each nest with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, until the cheese is baked. Serve the finished potato nests with a fresh garnish of your choice.
