1 large onion
1 egg
2 slices of bread
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp paprika
70 g or 2.47 oz butter
150 ml hot milk
100 g or 3.53 oz Parmesan cheese
150 ml cream + 1 tbsp mustard
salt and pepper
