I just love how you're teaching your children: they're grounded in their faith, they're surrounded by animals, they are taught responsibility. Plus, and great Adventures using their imaginations. It's just wonderful. I was fortunate to have that too and I can tell you you appreciate it more as you get older. Erin, I love today's hairstyle it reminds me of the 1940s and it looks really good on you. I am can't wait to see your new adventures. Am so happy that you'll have an even bigger farm and home.

One good idea for free boxes is to go to grocery stores in the produce section. They know to keep back great boxes that are strong for people to take. When you pack, you never have enough! 🙏

Chad & Erin, I feel your pain. I moved from Greeneville, TN, where all my family live, to Indiana & it was so hard. It was the Lord's will, but still so hard to leave family behind. Your family loves to travel so you'll have lots of visitors. 🙂

Make sure to check into the agriculture laws for crossing state lines with farm animals. We had a friend move from FL to TN and it was a problem to cross state lines. They had tonturn around and take animals back.

We just moved, and man, I was so emotional about it. I was exhausted for days, but when I went to sleep at night, I slept all night long, and that NEVER happens. Prayers for you and your family.

Our kids are in their 30’s now but when they were 3, 5 & 7, God called us from south Florida to Oklahoma City. We packed up a small U Haul trailer and headed here with no place to live, a maybe on a job and having never set foot in this state. God opened all the doors in miracle after miracle! We look back almost 30 years and are still in awe. You we feel the same when you see all He will do in your lives as you step out in faith. Merry Christmas!

Oh my goodness, we literally packed our kitchen today! I'm a Mom of 4, and we live in a 2 bedroom condo in So Cal (born and raised), moving to a house in OK. I so feel you hun. 😆 We are so excited to find new homeschool friends, and church body. Praying for you sweet momma.

I definitely feel what you guys are going through. I bought my first home as a single mom last year. I was supposed to close 10/31 and they ended up needing an extension which meant I moved right after Christmas! We moved out of our home if 10 years December 4 of last year with our 3 kids so I know how you’re feeling. Excited but a pit in your stomach :( It’ll be worth it! Excited to see people still following the Lords will even when it’s hard! ❤

Moving is such a chore, but the end result will be well worth it. I hope you love Florida. The lifestyle is very laid back. I love living on Florida and I was a northerner most of my life ( except for a few years in Florida as a child). I feel blessed to live here in the milder weather ( although this is supposed to be a very cold Christmas). Merry Christmas and enjoy your time with family. Just concentrate on mKing new memories in your new home.

The kids are such good helpers. I know that moving is a lot but things will go well. And at least you’ll be in the same state with one of your sisters. 50 minutes is not terrible. So yay! I’m glad that Chad will be able to continue with Paine Construction. I agree that Kerrygold butter makes a big difference.
