We need to build another reservoir and stop pulling so much water from Lake Powell and Lake Mead. These reservoirs are still under 25% full despite all these storms. They will rise with spring runoff, but it won't really make a dent in the capacity.

@@lumberjackdreamer6267 The city is called Twentynine Palms California...it's a Marine Corps Base in the Mojave Desert. My parents now live near Edwards Air Force Base, I was just there in February, they say they have gotten some snow.
