In the mid-2000s Apple collaborated with HP which resulted in a few of their iPod models being released with the HP logo on them. What I have here is an iPod that may hint at yet another collaboration made between Apple and another company, not yet known about until now as I cannot find any information about this iPod’s existence.
The only information I know is from the seller I bought this from, who won it while working at a Volvo truck dealership and never used it.

Honestly, company engraved iPods are more common than you’d think. Apple took orders from any business who would pay extra for a special commemorative edition, exactly like the one you’ve got (which is very cool. Don’t get me wrong)

Last December I got really into iPods, so I got myself a 6th gen from Vinted. I paid 35€ and it was listed as “Dodge iPod”, cuz it had a big Dodge logo above the Apple one. It showed its age, so I changed it with a custom blue chassis, but I kept the original parts

i happen to have one of the Volkswagen 3rd gen classic ipod, you had to buy a car to get it but i found it basically new for $80 on eBay

I have an iPod touch with the optimum logo on it. It doesn’t work. If you’re not in the ny nj area it is a cable/ internet company formerly known as cablevision. The techs used them for diagnostics and things. I don’t know how it managed to make its way out of the company, my friend gave it to me.

Many different companies had custom engraved iPods made in small quantities, usually made as gifts for employees. @EliteObsolete has found many of these iPods from different companies.

its not a collaboration, its just an engraving that customers could put onto a custom order. i have an ipod nano 3rd generation that has an engraving of a random chinese finance company. and apple has never collaborated with them.

@@TorutheRedFox Companies used to be allowed to order engraved products with their logo. I've seen quite a few iPods with company engravings floating around.
