1 small red onion
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
black pepper to taste
mix everything well
1 capi pepper
some boiled smoked brisket
fry in vegetable oil
Cook over medium/low heat, covered, until browned on the bottom.

tomato sauce
cook until cheese melts
green onions
