7:17-7:25 And that my friends, is why I choose to drive real 3-pedal manuals. Even if this car was 700whp, with it being an automatic, anyone, and I literally mean anyone, no skill or anything, can hop in and drive it bonkers fast. With a real manual, you need a lot more skill.
After driving manual for 15 years I finally bought a golf r with dsg last year. And I am NEVER going back, never manual again. It's so damn comfy lol. But I agree with you, takes more skill do drive a manual.

Ricky do you not get bored driving the same stuff fairly often? I think it's time you upgrade to the Porsche scene. Honestly another level and you won't look back and will be some fresh content for the channel. These affordable performance cars the content has been rinsed now for years. Need you in a GT3/3RS soon I hope.
Problem is tho not many of the people watching can afford something like a GT3 ect so these kinda cars appeal to the most because there affordable,realistic future buying cars,I’d even rather watch these Golf Rs iv got a MK6 R I’m about to fully forge and be running about 600hp and will be asking someone like Ricky to feature it on his channel
i personally rarely watch supercar content tbh these days i used to watch that TGE fella for a bit but it just gets bit boring after a little while watching rich folk swap their expensive cars every other week for another expensive car id rather watch stuff like this mainly because its a car i own myself
I went and test drove a MK7 R wen i was thinking of selling my 6R and it was apparently 580hp but I’m telling now it definitely wasn’t this fast even tho the lad said he had the graph sheet to prove the power,I had to ring it’s neck to get it going but it had no WOW factor to it and 10 min into the drive i said to direct me back to his then got in my 370hp 6R and left,and my 6R 370hp had loads more snap than the 7R I just test drove,this one seems savage,can’t wait till mine is built to see what the difference is between 370hp to around 600hp and from a DQ250 6 speed dsg to a DQ500 7 speed dsg box 🦾

These british roads are so small no wonder they complain about the size of US cars. Its the little things in life that I am grateful for like wide roads in the US.
