POV: What it's like to be crashed out of a race in a Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO on the Hungaroring 

Racing on a race track is always at your own risk and responsibility. Meaning that you are never able to be held accountable for damage to someone else’s a car and the other way around. There are ways to have your race car ensured but this comes with a very high premium and excess amount making it only “useful” if you fully write off your car. And again this only applies for damage to your own car regardless of who is to blame. And you are not able/allowed to claim damages to your car on someone else’s insurance. So in the end the maximum you can get from a driver/team that is to blame in an incident like this is an apology.
