@@kuhaku9587 even worse imagine being in the German or Russian army, then you're literally treated like a clone trooper. e.g. Battle of Prokhorovka, i remember watching a documentary and one Nazi tank commander said that the Russians were literally swarming like bees, even when the Nazis were shooting down huge numbers of tanks, dozens within seconds, they just kept coming and eventually overwhelmed them. The Soviets lost 600 tanks in that clash, apparently the nazis only lost 200.

From what we've seen in the movies, clones are identical to storm troopers in peformance, they're not super soldiers. They both miss when the target has plot armour, once the plot armor is gone, they become accurate.

@@Diego-lt4wm The stormtroopers at the start of episode 4 demolish the rebels guarding the airlock in CQC AND with the rebels having a chokepoint, only loosing two or three stormtroopers while taking out many more rebels. The stormtroopers only cant hit shit when a main character is on screen, plot armor.

@@tbotalpha8133Instead he is one of the people that makes it to the ground a good ten seconds before the protagonist so that we can see how hopeless and brutal the battle is, but as the viewers we know the protagonist is about to turn it all around and single handedly win the battle, but not without a handful of witty remarks!

Battlefront 2 is great though. A very different game sure but actually much closer to the original than this. Not that Squad isn't great too but it is very different from the casual nature of Battlefront games.

I just hope Star Wars fans understand how envious I am as a Warhammer 40k fan that you get a mil sim dedicated to Star Wars. I know there are some arma 40k modders who do great work but still. This whole idea of rushing into the fray only to last a minute or two is exactly how I imagine being a Imperial guardsman to be like.

@WAFFLE123 That’s cool if you like the table top but I don’t play the table top. I collect the models but the game seems boring. I want the grit and intensity of the lore. I want to feel like I’m playing as a guard, or marine. That’s my argument. 40K has some cool games but they could really delve more into different genres like mil sim to get a more intense experience.

Man died like a whole ass actual Clone. Lands, runs towards combat, shoots in a random ass direction towards where ever the fuck the raining lasers are coming from, dies instantly. You can just feel the camera paning away from him seconds before he got his ass obliterated.

I always think about how goerge lucas really shoud have asked to some high ranked people in the army or some expert in strategy because there is no way a genetically created human with dna especially choose for combat skill and years of training since birth just rush shooting every advancing while standing in a flat empty field
