Powder Coating Process starts at 9:20! Thank you for watching and let me know what you guys think... Do all Powder Coating companies have the same quality??
Do they do shipping by any chance? I have a 1997 Polaris Ultra project that I'm about to do a engine teardown and mod on. These guys seem to be one of the best out there and would really be cool to get some work done by them. Thank you for all of the content aswell, you really inspired me to get back into powersports after being absent from it for 10 years!
I don’t understand how you only have 195k subs. Anyone that is into the powersports industry is missing out on amazing content. Your attention to detail is next level. My ocd brain is in heaven. Not to mention my love for trikes and corvettes
Quality is NOT the same everywhere. Good on Bonehead. They're doing it right. Many don't. With powder and Cerakote, prep is crucial. More so than paint because of the cure temps as well as other nuances. I would hire bonehead if I didn't do powder coating myself. I see other powder coater RU-vid channels make 'how to' videos with bad advice or mistakes all the time. Everything they said is accurate. ESPECIALLY the stuff about fixing other people's cheap jobs. Just get it done right the first time at a good shop, people. It's not a simple low labor process. If it's being done for cheap, it's probably being done wrong. Michael, if ya read this, check out the video I just posted. Glow in the dark frame. Kind of a fun idea for a quad build. You definitely found a good powder coater. Keep the vids coming! 🤙🏼
Awww man I cannot WAIT to see you put that together, my cousin had one when I was a kid and we all just drooled over how nice it was and how fast it was, sadly it melted when his garage caught fire but, I’ll always have the memories of flying around corners sideways on the back of it when my older cousin would take me for a rip. Thanks again man, for the trip down memory lane haha
I built my diy powder oven about 4 years ago. I cerakote bing bangs too. One of the best investments I’ve ever made. It’s extremely easy if you do the right prep. I recommend everyone become a diy powdercoater.
damn thats cool, its great that you support your local businesses like that and at the same time get good content out of it. Everyone wins. I follow alot of dirtbike/atv channels and yours is easily the most entertaining and has the most passion.
HUGE I've been waiting forever! I just found your channel last week and I've been bingeing it. Was just thinking about converting my 04 yz250 to the new 2022 set with full powder coat to go with it. This video is 100 percent gonna make me do it... I should probably watch it.
Took my stuff to bonehead because of you. I also live in the Philly area. They do an amazing job. Their prices are a little high but clearly your getting what you pay for with them.
I knew this was going to turn out awesome!!! Really excited to see this start going back together, everything looks immaculate!! Great job as always Mike, and thanks for the tour of bonehead, those guys do some really great work
Bonehead Performance Does An Amazing Job On The Frame ETC. I Like The Colour Of The Frame. Michael : You Do An Amazing Job On The Bikes / Quads. Great Video, Keep Them Coming. Watching From Australia
Powder coating is a tough business to get into and be really successful this man looks like he makes sure he goes the extra mile for his customers that’s one of the huge things to it
Mike I don't know if you have ever used it but mother's mag and aluminum polish is an amazing product. Just tape over that sticker and that polish will do wonders. And it works great for polishing headlights or plastics. Just an all around great product 👌
Inspiring tons of us with your creativity on these builds bro. Truly appreciate the quality you put into all of this. Been a sub since the Raptor 700 build and you’ve come a long damn way. Salute!
My dad worked for ez loader boat trailers since the '70s and they have a powder coating system they've been using since like 1977 and it's pretty awesome how it works they even have a overhead crossway to go from one side of the street to the other on one of the main thoroughfares through the town I live in Spokane Washington
Those are some pretty parts. She’s going to be a centerfold!!! I can’t even imagine wanting to take it through elements after you finish it. Thanks for another great video.
You always give us more insight into the process on these projects than just tear down and assembly, much more. Always interesting, top notch videos as usual! Tri-z is going to be insane. The Corvette project is no different, you made us a part of the whole crazy process of buying an auction vehicle. Can't wait to see what you find on that car. Even though it seems like the water got pretty deep, pretty scary for electronics, you did find out it was parked when it went under, and not being driven through high water. Very likely mechanically it will not have any major damage. Cosmetically it looks damn good, just in need of some of that Sabo attention to detail at the end!✌🤘
Thank you for the love and the feedback on my videos. I am hoping you're right about the Corvette; I'm thinking we could be good as long as someone didn't try to start it when it was still soaked.
@@MichaelSabo Yeah fingers crossed the owner did not try and the battery was disconnected, dead, or the keys were already missing, when no doubt some bone head wanted to try and start it at some point..The throttle body and intake will have a lot of oil in it if the engine filled with water, even if that shop pulled the drain plug at some point.
Mate so good to see you killing it on the RU-vid!! Your positive energy gives me positive energy and always puts me in a good mood. The content is 100% professional kick ass stuff. Keep going brother!
This was really interesting to how the process is done which I could have watched the guys who did my frame do it but loved seeing here on your channel can’t wait for the next update for the engine but I’m looking forward to the corvette video too 😁 watch love seeing all the things come together I’m in this process my self just put the yz450f 2005 frame back together forks on looks sweet just need the new plastics and graphics now suspension feels good too 😍
Wow man haven’t been on Instagram all day so I had no clue there was a video going up today. It’s been a long and hot week and this definitely makes up for that. Thanks man
I've been looking at them on marketplace. I'd like to build one with a mild engine to be my reliable go to machine. YFZ's are cool but everyone has one.
When the owner wears the “New Balance” dad shoes, that man has a reputation to uphold, and what ever his niche is going to be, grass- powder coat he’s going to be 💯 dedicated to that.
Love the inside look at how the hole process that was super dope can’t wait for this build it’s going to look insane and I’m sure it’s going to rip like all of your builds do keep the content coming my man and I’m sure you can’t wait to rip your vette as well haha
I know how to do metal playing at work and home I am pretty good at it now powder coat is almost the same thing minus more Chemicals for powder coating I love to have my own powder coat machine.
