Powder Coating Cold vs Hot Flocking
In this 710 Performance vlog we're testing the different between hot flocking and powder coating a part cold. We're using Wet Black powder coat from Tiger Drylac (bit.ly/tiger-drylac) and we're using the same settings on our KF-X1 powder coating system for both the cold piece and the hot flocked piece. Have you ever wanted to learn how to hot flock powder coat? You simple warm the piece before you coat it. It's best to not coat until the piece is 190º or lower.

We're also testing out a new holographic flake spray that many of you have asked us if we could re-create. This is with a spray can effect, and is separate from the powder coat process.
