I completely agree with you! My first 100k took a long time and wasn't that special to be honest with you. Once I hit 300K that is the game changer in my opinion. At this point my money is basically making me a pretty good yearly salary. When I go to sleep at night I know my money is making decent money with the help of my FA

They will absolutley cut. The yield curve is a single data point. CPI, labor, is far more important than anything right now.

What does subprime mortgages and synthetic CDOs have to do with today’s market? They’re not even remotely related and there are safeguards in place to prevent that level of corruption in addition to the fed able to purchase MBS

@@whisperingeye4968 we never have the same crash twice. This time crypto will contribute to our downfall. Once alt coins start failing you'll start to see more pressure on banks, and once banks start to fail you'll see the FED again bailout over the weekend. Mortgages are still an issue since people need to pay their mortgage, if they can't pay their mortgage they still default. The difference between 2008 and 2024 is that the CDO market was around 700 billion, now crypto is around 2.2 trillion. I'm pretty sure 2.2 trillion is more than 700 billion.
