Without doubt THE BEST quality of exhibits that I have seen at any engine event in years, if not ever!!!. That was also only the first year so I expect it will only get better😍😍

Thank you for your kind words :) . I'm not sure where abouts in the world you are and things there may be different but over here in the U.K. I am of a slightly different opinion. I just don't see how youngsters are any longer supposed to financially support them.selves within the hobby. Yes there are plenty of cheap/common engines available. BUT, and it's a big but, it doesn't just stop there. To be able to get to the shows with your engine you need a suitable vehicle, somewhere to sleep over a weekend, food ect. All of a sudden, with 2 kids in tow that cheap hobby and weekend away costs £300+ just to show off your engine. I think the people to target are those a little older, Morgatages paid off, kids left home, then all of a sudden they find themselves with some disposable income to spend on a hobby. Over here I see many who fit that criteria coming into the hobby although nowhere near enough. What I haven't thought of however is how you get them interested in the first place. So maybe getting the younger generation involved should be the target?, But not worry when they drift off as they get older and discover other things. In a hope that they come back in later years. Just my thoughts, not supposed to be a rant, honest🤣🤣
