Thank you for video. There is one more way to export images. Open the left pane with uploaded images (Media button), make a right click below uploaded images and save as Webpage Complete. Then go to the downloaded HTML folder and images are there.

You could but there is some work involved. Prior to building a custom solution like that using Power Apps, try using Yammer and/or Teams.

Bits and pieces are available, such as SharePoint Server and Office Online Server, but not the entire Microsoft 365.
