I think the problem with this logic is that the reminder will be sent to all approvers. For example, if the approvers are A, B and C, and only A has yet to approve, even B and C will continue to receive the reminder until they all approve. am I right?
@LernenTech Can you tell his how we can get link to the Original Approval Item ? I want to include it in my Reminder so that Approver doesn't have to search their emails. Thanks
If we set reminder mail frequency at 24 hours, then flow waits even it's approved earlier. Is thr any other way where parallel branch cancels just it's approved.
Hi! Please correct me if i'm wrong, but for real multiple approvers case flow logic should be more complex. In your video if one of approvers already approve item, but others NOT- he will receive reminder with others after first delay.
I tried this and if I approve before the reminder is sent out, the next action will not happen until the delay time is done. So this didn’t work for me :( . Does anyone have any ideas ?
I have a flow setup almost the same way, but it always sends the reminder email, even if it's approved immediately. If it's approved after the first reminder email, then it will still send a second after the next delay. When the Do Until it sees true for the variable, shouldn't it stop and not send out the email?

This is a great video but i will ask did we ever get a answer on this ? i was trying to copy my approval email in but that just sets up a duplicate approval task, i cant seem to work out how to link back as if we take the scenario where the user deleted the original approval email , i would like to send the same content so they can still action the approval in the reminder email ?
@@teatley I never found an answer. Instead I set up a loop where the approval expires and it sends out a new approval. It has its downsides but solves the approval email problem. I used this video as a starting point: www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/send-reminders-for-defualt-approval-action-power-automate/
I tried this logic and it"works" but the email reminder is sent even though set variable is true, there is a "bug" with de Do until when is used with a branch that doesn't update the variable and the loop is infinite, there for it is neccesary use a condition action and on IF Yes add the Do until and the rest of the logic
