POWER BREAKFAST OATS CHIA-, FLAX SEEDS
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp ground chia seed
1/2 tsp ground flaxseed
1/4 cup oats
1 handful blueberries
Preparation:
dash of ground cinnamon
some honey
add the oats in a pot
cover with hot water
stir
cover and let sit overnight
next morning
put on low heat
measure the chia-, flax seed
add them to the oats
give it a stir
measure the milk
add it to the oats
stir and let cook on low heat
stir occasionally
it will thicken
it's done
transfer to a bowl
blueberries
cinnamon
honey
toasted sesame seed
you can use any topping you like
