Work was incredibly stressful today and I was exhausted when I got off. I didn't feel like I had the energy to work out, but I forced myself to do a short run and yoga session because I knew it would make me feel better. I was right - I feel so refreshed. This class was perfect. Thank you Erin 💚
Please make more of these short, sweet, effective, fun and so so very handy to have. They leave us no excuse why not to get ourselves onto the yoga mat. Not only we need very little time, we also get a lot done, we're benefiting our bodies and minds and having fun too. So very grateful. Blessings to you.

Erin, you've helped me to level up my yoga practice. I remember only 6 months ago I tried this practice. I was sweaty and sore from constantly falling over and messing up. But I didn't give up and I practised so many of your incredible classes, and I got there! I find myself in poses I'd never imagined I could do, like hand to foot pose and forehead to knee pose! So thank you, you're an angel! 💖
I love you Erin so freaking much!!! And I love what you do, the most of all I appreciate the way of how authentic you are. You are in these classes who you really are, you adjust, you can lose your balance for a sec, you can run out of breath and you do not do the poses in an artificial way that makes yoga for the vast majority of people just impossible because they see the robotic perfect moves thinking they will never be able to do this. This is what yoga is for me - your channel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being natural and real. It's like a breath of fresh air for me in a world of non-existing and dillusional perfection.
I’ve been doing the is one since it came out and it’s always a favorite! I haven’t done it for a year or longer now between pregnancy and postpartum and did it again this morning, wow! I forgot how much I love your flows! Thank you!
I remember how I felt when I first did this sequence. It was very challenging, half of the poses were brand new to me, and I couldn't do some of them at all. At the end, I collapsed when trying wheel. Now, I don't even know how much time passed after that first time, but I'm sure I did this exercise more than 10 times. I can feel the advancement, I am so much better at holding these poses, my wheel is pretty good. It's still challenging, and I love it for this exact reason. Thank you!
This is an oldie but definitely a goodie :) Had so much fun this morning during this flow and felt amazing afterwards! Birds of paradise is tricky one but it is so satisfying once you get it (unbinding from it is the scary part lol). Thank you Erin for being such a great teacher!

Wow, that was an amazing and invigorating class! I woke up this morning with the intention of doing a longer class, but then life got in the way. This allowed me to still squeeze in a few minutes for myself. You always seem to manage to pull off a fun and challenging class, no matter what length it is. Thank you!

Just what I needed - again - today! I was super swamped with work and meetings that I can actually just squeeze in half an hour of yoga and boy, did I get what I want and deserved! My favourite go-to class! Always find myself coming back to this and love that it gives you so much in such a short timeframe. More like this please! 20-30 mins I find perfect because there’s no excuse not to be able to squeeze it in to your day somewhere - and goodness when you do it feels oh so good!
