NGL if I was the dad of the kid in the handicapped space story I'd have laughed at the prank, probably gotten backhanded by whoever my wife was, and then forced myself to sober up and dictated that he would be helping his uncle out for the rest of the summer as penance.

i wouldve argued since that since Claudia didnt live in that specific area...she was therefore a guest. if a guest then she was still illegally parking.

Pick up free stuff story: OP is everything the Em called him because he was too stupid to know he could just "cancel" her by hanging up. And that is why I doubt that this is a real event.
