seems to be running very rich, or rings need to be replaced ..... and looks to be not firing on the right hand side until shes in the higher rev range ..... otherwise she would have been long gone (i had the old 1977 RD400 back in my younger days, and she would take on any 4 stroker on, no matter what the engine size)
That is exactly why I always wanted one. Just got one in several boxes. Guy said it was all there as he took it apart. Did the work but never assembled it. Go blazing past road workers 1:05 out there with no cones or caution signs. How did they get there?
Preferable for a 2 stroke.. they won't give that extra punch is perfectly-to-lean mixed.. so better off with a bit richer mix.. and of course its better for the engine life
