Does a rebound relationship simply put everything on hold until it's over and then everything will resume after it is over? Or does it have a latent Effect causing things to slowdown even more?
It depends, but usually it slows down the process as your ex won't suffer not being with you (they cope by being with someone). They use them as a sort of coping mechanism.

Its hard to say if something missing in my ex life and all i can do is pray.the impact is radio silence.i thought of helping my ex but im trying to get help from other older people here.maybe some mind mapping and written solution will help .
My ex who is a single mom been single over 9 yrs then she met me, was great year then 2021 was ok pre-say then broke up with me b4 the holidays.
