Another wonderful class. I'm new to Yoga with Tim and am amazed by the intentional pace, specificity of instruction, and light-hearted tone (and humor) found in so many of Tim's sessions.
The conscious breathing was very helpful. That boat pose sequence was wicked for the core! And maybe it is because I as doing this at the end of the work day - and in true need of some peace and quieting the mind - that I found the moments through the session where hands come to prayer to be very nice indeed. Great session - thanks Tim!
Started reading Breath (James Nestor) yesterday and I was so focused during this class. Always breathing through my nose- no matter what. Smooth inhales and exhales. It was wonderful. Thank you, Tim 😍

Another classic Tim. This vinyasa can be described as one of Tim's "flagship" flows. This kind of flow creates my first morning activity now for more than 10 years. I am grateful that I discovered Tim within the online Yoga djungle. I can only strongly recommend his work.
Amazing start to my week. The breathwork is always super helpful for practice and, of course, my meditation practice as well. And naturally, yoga is meditation in movement joined.
Thanks for the awesome class Tim! The guided breathing was really good, and I found it helped a lot. I think a little more guidance with breathing especially when things get a little more physically intense would be beneficial for me, but I enjoyed it a lot!
As a Ortho/Pelvic floor PT I LOVE that you integrate the ribcage mobility and the pelvic floor/diaphragm connection. So great Tim, another great class!
