Thank you for this clear and helpful demo. Two questions: (1) Does this work for all file types? (2) If I create a gallery for the SharePoint list in Power Apps, will SharePoint return a thumbnail for each attachment?

There is an error in the run formula. The {file:Record} needs to be : { file: { contentBytes: Value, name: Name } }

It doesn't work for me. When I try to open any uploaded file, it says we don't support this file format.

This method doesn't work at all, all you're passing to flows is the appres blob-resource so you're creating corrupted files. There's a workaround using image controls to get a direct reference to the contents of the files, i was just looking for a solution to multiple attachments when i bumped into this and immediately noticed the errors in this video. I doubt he actually tried to open these files after submitting them.
