Can you do the affirmation without the buzzing tone. It is lasts the whole time. I like the affirmations but that sound makes me nervous.

Dennis! Today i feel like i am absolutely okay! The way i use to be! But today after i felt okay i watched a motivational video (don’t Quit) and i didn’t got any chills! That powerful sensation that makes me comfortable! And the back side of my head is bit heavy too! Like something is there! Guide me please!

Hey Dennis I love your video's. Have really changed my mind over how to deal with health and panic anxiety. Just one qiestion; I struggle to relax and stay calm. What do you suggest?? ? I'm not avoiding stuff and have undergobe CBT. Just cant seem to get grounded enough to really challenge the symptoms

This is amazing except for the things about weight and exercise. With an eating disorder in my past, I need to be wary of such things, especially as I don't need to lose any weight. But otherwise great affirmations! I recommend this to anyone who doesn't have experience with an eating disorder! 🙂

Check your habits that are driving your anxiety levels up, replace them with new empowering habits that give you similar reassurances.Get comfortable with these steps: 1) catch the initial wave of fearful thoughts, challenge them and working with your symptoms by riding the wave (moving with), 3) let the storm pass. There is an episode on the anxiety guy podcast called Health Anxiety Help - Starving Your Fears that's the one you want. Take care Gary.

I thought that affirmations were supposed to be grounded and not to use extremes, such as "I am extremely confident, I attract only good things" etc.. Asking as a question, because this is what my therapist has said. When I use an affirmation that is too extreme I am asked to rephrase it into something more grounded and realistic. Such as "my confidence is growing each day" and "good things will come into my life"

Morgan Black Whatever you present to the subconscious mind during times when your brainwaves slow down will become the seed that gets planted within. Some people’s ‘realistic’ differs from others, these are meant to open your mind to what’s possible as is the entire channel. Enjoy.

Ads have started breaking through your Affirmations! How awful to have your eyes closed, totally attuned, and so far, two different obtrusive ADS break total concentration! Two different times in this short video! I'm going to a different one now so I can hopefully focus. (Second ad was at 12:12, first one I didnt note when)

Love your work and so much resonates within me. I'm wondering if slowing your voice down just a bit, along with a little longer pause between each affirmation might help to let us cement it better in our brains... on the other hand, maybe how fast you go helps us whose minds tend to wander quickly... not totally sure which is more important, but I like them regardless.

I swear I have derealization and I fell asleep and I woke up to the feeling of one of my legs feeling the surface of my bed and it feels like all the tension and stress came out of it. It was wild, and honestly gave me anxiety and I checked in on myself to see if was “normal” again

Found this extremely helpful and relaxing. My question to you is : When a doctor gives you a diagnosis for example he says you have X... why can't I accept the diagnosis but instead continue to doubt that he may have missed something and perhaps it's something more serious. How do I fight those doubts which create further anxiety. Any advice?
