My past lives I never lived past 13. I was a boy and killed by a neighbour who hated me going to his land. Axed to the stomach. I always have problems with my stomach in this lifetime since i was a kid. From being in chronic pain and doctors unable to diagnose me- to having IBS and anal fissure. I have a very sensitive stomach every since I could remember. This lifetime’s significant event part- made me cry even just you directing me to the go to the scene. I saw what everyone else was doing while I was going thru it. Broke my heart and had to go back to the garden to breathe. This was an experience.

I have tried this couple of times and I get a very deep pressure in the middle of my forehead. Didn't get any real past life events just lots of flashing pictures and like a suffocating feeling in my throat. But when I went between lives I got a really clear picture of hugging a woman witch was supposedly my sister and it made me cry. The lesson was to care about people. It was so clear that it was almost overwhelming.

I was a girl in the mid 19th century in france, my family was of the upper class so i lived in a mansion with large woods behind my house. My name was Anastasia and one of the significant memories was when i was around 10-12 yo and i met a boy in the woods behind my house. I was on a path and the trees were tall and it was dark. The first time i saw it was when i was 23 and was about to be proposed to by the same boy, his name was Erik. My death was of some sickness that i cant recall. We were around 35 years old and we died together on the same bed. I saw that i was holding his arm and curled up slightly. After i finished the meditation i had tears on my face 😭 that was lowkey sad im pretty sure he was my soulmate and we died in eachothers arms

It was the 1600's, I was a twelve-year-old girl. I was pregnant. I was in the middle of the woods. I was in a black dress with a white apron. My hair was in two french braids. I was getting stabbed by a knife in the side of my neck by a large man that held me up from the ground. People were surrounding me, watching. I screamed and cried and kept thinking of the baby in my body and how big it was and I could feel the blood on my skin, and the baby in my stomach, and I died looking at the cloudy pale sky.

I was in love with someone and I killed myself because we couldn’t be together- what kind of Romeo and Juliet type of bs is this 😀 This was during the time where women were long dresses. I saw that me and this guy had issues between families. I saw the important event. What showed up was me and him talking next to tree, I was crying he keep kissing me and telling me that he loved me and that I loved him… eventually I locked myself in my room and killed myself…

A wonderful experience, I did fall asleep at times so I do not remember the entire thing. Once it was time to see the past life there was a middle aged man in a beautiful home in Mexico, he was very kind, hardworking and dearly loved. I felt so at peace and calm. He passed from natural causes and it almost made me tear up to see how wonderful of a person he was, there was no fear what so ever because he truly lived a selfless life.

This was crazy, I was a Greek female warrior in 300 BCE I was famous, I also came from Some type a royalty. I lived in Athens Greece and had a lot of jewelry and servants felt Like I ran the place I also had a conversation with a man in Greek had a son that was playing with a wooden swords and my palace was invaded by the romans, I killed a bunch of them and this one guy stabbed me and my last breathe was me looking at my 7 year old son and we locked eyes he was calling for Me and I died. It was so heart breaking it. It explains my attachment to my son and my dominant personality.

A forman in a rock quarry in ancient Egypt 125 A.D., a roman catholic priest in Scotland in 1700's, A female singer in New York in the 1940's (committed suicide), and a soldier named Khan that drank a lot in taverns of some sort in Istanbul in the 700's.. My significant event, I was at a grand masquerade ball. I was dressed extravagantly and drinking and eating hors d’oeuvres and being flirted with by several men, some of which I took into back rooms. I felt like a queen. Then at my death I came to realize I may have been in the Versailles palace, because i have a room with a view of a garden, but I had been sick for some days, and my skin was grey and I was stone still. My spirit guide, a cartoon angel with pigtails told me to love myself, because thats the ultimate love. This was a very cool experience. dude i had various glimpses of my past life and i was a woman back then, i guess somewhere in portugal, spain or italy coz the houses looked like how it would be there, then the next glimpse i saw a fat old woman who was white giving me a rose from a basket of roses. i knew that she was a very kind lady. i also had a glimpse of how i was (had skin which was tanned) and had beautiful hair but couldn’t see my face. the next glimpse was that of a young boy on a cycle and me sitting behind him on his bicycle. the next glimpse was that i was marrying a man and i knew it was the young boy AND TRUST ME, i felt this weird air of love when i saw his face coz i never felt that before. then the next glimpse was me travelling with him and the last one was GUESS WHAT, that person murdered me! he stabbed me in the stomach and i could see my body lying in some kind of dark room and him leaving me there alone. i felt this weird tingling sensation in my back as well and felt extremely betrayed and disappointed. dude can’t explain if it was real or not but i will give this experience 10/10. When you guided to the womb, and asked why I chose this life, my body started tending up. My face felt hot, I started crying and shaking uncontrollably. I remembered this feeling in the womb too. In the hypnosis I could move upto the doors but somehow wasn't prepared to step through. I felt chills in my body and deep fear to face what I might see through. Was scared and got stuck there. I guess one needs lot of courage and preparedness to face past lives which might result in psychic breakdown.

I have never been able to do a regression properly. I'm pretty sure I've managed in snippets, as one time I've experienced going through a tunnel, and going towards a light. The light revealed a face of a kind, bubbly, laughing, bald, and overweight older man. It didn't spark recognition, but the closer I got, the harder I had to push towards. The harder I pushed, a darkness crowded around it, which scared me to back off and recede. I opened my eyes to myself coming out of a regression? It was weird, cause I was sitting on a couch, and it definitely wasn't my house today, but I recognized it as home. I also recognized my dad as my dad today. I can't tell at this point if they looked similar, but I knew him to be my dad. I got up and instanty looked for a white and ginger female cat, knowing my neighbor, a woman who lived beside us, hated cats, yet loved ours. I went outside and the building looked old, and a linked in yard was sitting in the middle of what I deemed my house and the neighbors. That's when I spotted the cat. Then I actually woke up. I've had it where at the beginning of trying, my feet were always burning. Even if I was laying down and nothing touching them. I decided to try it sitting up with my feet planted on the floor. The burning I felt was intense, and while I sat with my palms faced down on each leg, I felt a heavy weight in my right hand. Like I was holding something. A fellow volunteer I know who did a lot of spiritual journeys, suggested that I could've been a victim of the Salem's witch trials. After that suggestion, I no longer felt the burning in my feet. I've once gotten so obsessed with doing past life regressions, wanting so badly to achieve what I was failing at (my best friend did it twice with success). That a spirit guide of mine came to me to calm me down. I can't recall word for word, but I know it was about life and death. I stopped after that and no longer felt a burning need to try. Slacked jaw and all.( It was like from the neck up) The whole scenery was in so much detail, with ash all around and everything ashen in color. Like I said, it last but a second. Nothing to provoke it. Someone suggested it was a flashback from a previous life, another suggested it could be a promination of what's to come. I wondered if it's a cryptic message from my guides. It was weird. Never had that happened before. I tried this guided meditation, and I got relaxed and ended up in and out of it. Felt my forehead tingle and a pressure, but didn't force anything and pulled back into relaxation. I know random thoughts came and went and let that happened. Like I'd relax without a thought and suddenly random thoughts. Then it quiets. Lol pretty sure the last conscious words I heard before drifting off completely was about the doors. The moment I stepped through the door, ( which I did came around too in my drifting in and out thing) I zonked out. I didn't wake at the ending. I slept for a little longer, I'm pretty sure. I woke feeling my body being heavy, but comfortable. When I moved, it was a pleasant tingle. I started coughing and tasted blood in my throat when none was there. So I could've experienced something and could potentially remember it in a dream. (A vivid dreamer here). I'll definitely use this again. 💗

I lived in spain and loved ballet my whole life. i moved out of my family home to become a dancer and i thrived in a big romantic city, i dont know whether it was in France or Spain. Tbh, I listened to this video because I could not sleep last night. Tossing back and forth for hours. Threw in the headphones and just listened. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep around the mothers womb part. I did however wake up this morning feeling like i had a solid good sleep, and feel refreshed (even know I only got about 4hrs). I did not experience anything while I was listening, but thank you for at least relaxing my mind enough to get some rest. I would really love to try again and see if I experience anything!

I had this confidence that I knew every move and maneuver and could feel my body shift when making a turn or climbing in altitude I knew I was a U.S Air Corps Pilot. Idk why it was so specific but i saw some sort of village, i felt i was a man, my feet were dirty as if i worked at the village, i was in Ireland 1779(or 8). Wow. I couldn’t finish it completely. I stopped at 46:26 after my guides told me to stop. It was very emotionally taxing on me. My childhood memory was at my grandparents house in a sandbox with my twin brother and my grandma around. My past life was a life in ancient Sumeria. I loved the sand (no wonder I have so many powerful memories or experiences with sand in this life). The first memory was me holding my brother who had died (he’s my twin in this life). I knew my father was around, he was angry and disappointed in me (he’s my mother in this life). My next memory was working at some kind of stall in a market under the oppression of my fathers expectations to provide for the family. I had a friend I met (many friends or connections made through selling things even though I resented it) who tried to get me to leave my father to live my life elsewhere (they are a friend in this life). I died alone on a cot due to starvation. I knew my brother who had died before me would be waiting for me, that’s all I wanted to think about at the end. I felt his presence around me and behind my head just waiting. So much makes sense. This was really powerful and emotional. Thank you.

Turns out I was a business woman going to a conference, I had black hair that was done in a bun, light tan skin, and green eyes with a skirt, dress shirt and a black jacket along with black pointed heels and I was on the tenth floor and it ended up being during 9/11 and I was in one of the towers

I was able to totally relax. But it seemed like everything was my imagination. I did see myself as a man with a bowler hat on, a black suit and a large mustache. There was a woman in a yellow dress with blond hair and a redhead wig. The setting changed a lot. I was at a sea side near a small cliff with sail boats in the water. Then I’m an old town, wooden houses. Then a city. I saw this death as only being buried during the funeral with about 8 men lowering me. The blond lady was there. It was raining. As I was being lowered in, I turned and went up into clouds with a bright light. Nothing after that.

As I was listening I caught glimpses of other past life’s that I want to explore next

At the death part I imagined that I was a newborn and something was wrong with my joints/bones the doctors were stretching my legs and arms as for the lessons in that life I seen nothing but felt it was important for my mother's journey but that was all that happened for me in this regression

I didn’t fall asleep, but it felt like it. It was hard for me to focus, but when I did start drifting, I kept seeing myself as a 12-15 year old African American. Felt like I was living in a big city. Not necessarily New York City, but maybe down in New Orleans in an apartment or duplex/townhouse. I was getting a late 1960’s vibe. And I was arguing with my little brother about whose turn it was to take out the trash and do chores. I had to snap out of it abruptly though, so I didn’t get to see much. It was an interesting feeling.

I only got to the kid part. I was running in cobblestone streets with my friend. We are trying to chase each other through a very large group of people. It was in Europe I’m guessing France. All the adults were screaming and they had a platform for hanging people. I’m 90% sure this was during the French Revolution. I just remember having the innocence of a child and laughing with my friend trying to catch him.

I don't know the era but I think it was recent. The first scene I saw was a first person of me sitting in a chair. I was a man that was like mid twenties maybe early thirties. I was watching my sister crying over my father as he died. The second scene was when I was older, like in my forties or maybe older. I was getting married to a lady named Angelina. It was a very bright memory, but I cried a little. Not many people were there. The image of my death was in bed. I was old and I think I died of natural causes. I was by my wife, Angelina. She played a huge role in most the scenes for me. I think the lesson of this life was that I could be happy despite all the loss and loneliness even if it took me years to find my family. Idk, maybe my brain is mocking me because of my current chronic loneliness. I needa find me an Angelina in this life 😔

turned out to be a queen at 23 somewhere in england. My mom,dad,brother and sister had a tragic accident but dont know what it was. All i know was that I was at their funeral and I was about 22-23 and I had a boyfriend or husband next to me. Then i transition to my crown ceremony were I was still 23 and I was at my chair getting crowned and i stood up and started walking the ally and everyone was so proud and happy that i was been queen. Then i transitioned to my death. It turnes out there was a war that I didn’t know about that my husband had planned. He made me escape with him on a horse were we started running off but someone hit me with an arrow, going threw my stomach killing me and the child I had inside. As i left I understood my lesson that realtes so much with who i am today. It is: Dont be blinded by the ones who love you the most, you never know what they can do because I give to much trust and confidence to people that they take advantage of who I am and what I have. Btw i didn’t know anyone there. Overall i had a great experience that i will never forget! Thank you.

Umm so I was a guy and my feet were burning and my arm. My hands hurt really bad though. Like they were cut open and closed multiple times. I think I was in the holocaust. I remeber not having a reason to live but I tried anyways. It hurt. And then my past I was was with my family on a cold day. There were candles lit. I don’t know anything really about Jews but I think that was it. My dad was quiet and my mom all smiley. The room was light and the house was small, but it was perfect. People's faces were blur and back in 1995 between beautiful mountains and beautiful greenery. I don't know why i cried through the process. I died earlier i think . I wanted to know who were they but i cannot focus today.

I had very emotional experience in womb, darkness but a patterns of shinning light, sort of some grid around me and my both parents and elder sister were so happy to have me I literally had tears of affection in my eyes with I felt something activated in my heart. I didn’t get a lot of details, just moments that kinda looked like slow motion. I want more details so I might try again but when she said to look at your feet, I was standing in sand on a beach, I looked up and there was no one around me. She said to notice the people around you, who’s with you but I was alone. It looked like a stormy day and there were dead trees. I then remembered being in a carriage as a kid, sitting next to my mom who looked to be my sister now in this life. When I looked at how I died, I was standing next to my body, looking up at a bridge with people gasping up above. Idk if that means I commited suicide buttt yeah that was my experience

Amazing to actually feel happiness where have not from another French life as an underground radio operator in the war, and this life which was still haunted by Hitler. This life I married an Israeli from holocaust surviving parents and later, when they went back to Israel without me, was with a German for many years before his passing, who was born right after the war from an East German single mother.. Many difficult passages these lives - so this first regression helped me reconnect with a joyful creative loving family. with them all around the bed when I passed. Today is the first day am truly tapping into real joy - been working on it all these years - and am now a healer - but all the creativity, dance, and music could never truly be tapped into. This expiriance was beautyfull. I have successfuly conected with my childhood and ive seen really beautyfull memorys. As far as my past life goes, i wasnt so lucky. I had a strong gutt feeling that my subconscious wasnt ready to show me everything. But what facinated me is that i clearly saw the exact cause of my death, i still cant figure out why i was killed. The only trigger i had to go to the previouse life before this one is that i remeber waking up to a bright light and going into a space of darknessa and being reborn into this life. I just want to thank you for the guidence on this journy. Thank you so much.

I had a bizzare experience. I'm not sure if I was fully immersed, although I definitely did enter some sort of meditative or hypnotic space. I saw myself as a woman, European, I was feeling maybe French or English? 15-1600s or so. She was very slim, with long ashey-blonde hair, very fair skin and blue eyes. She was in a very pretty, long dark green dress. I get the sense that she was of a higher class, not full-on high class but part of a well-off family? I also got the sense that she was married off to a richer man, not a completely loveless marriage but did not begin by choice. I remember seeing him as tall, well-dresses, with dark brown hair and dark eyes, and a light, maybe olive skin tone. And then it got really fuzzy for me for a bit. Given it's my first try I'm not surprised. I think she was pregnant, and she had a son, and for some reason it was very prominent that her son's name was David. I think she died of some sort of respiratory illness, that part I remember well cause I got very physically uncomfortable and almost had to stop completely. I got very short of breath suddenly and I felt like I was gasping or fighting for air. I also suddenly got extremely hot. I felt like I was burning up. After she "passed" that awful sensation subsided. It was pretty scary. I have lung issues in this life as well, but for it to start and stop so suddenly without medication seems a little too coincidental to me. I think she got really really sick with a fever and a lung illness and passed around her late 30s to early 40s. I'm not really sure what the point of seeing that life was, I'll have to try again in a few days I suppose and stew on it for a bit. When I was in the transition part between lives after she died I saw myself as an orb of pure white light zipping around the void. An extremely large entity of sorts was in front of me, kind of a navy blue-ish color, almost kind of blending into the background. It pushed me along as if to say "On to the next!". I also saw a woman I assume was my spirit guide (I've seen a similar woman before when connecting to my guides) and she judt told me to "Trust in the universe". Overall super interesting experience!

My hopes were up and I was doing good, completely concentrated, no outside disturbance. Yet, nothing happened. I couldn't hear my mother's heartbeat, childhood memory were the ones I already knew, stepping through that door to the past life and : nothing. I waited for pictures to pop up, nothing. I then created pictures I saw earlier today and that lead to nowhere.

I could perfectly imagine the garden and the childhood memory ..but didn't experience anything apart from bright light at the time of fetal stage

I loved in victorian era London and was from wealthy family. I had a fiancee and died very young (in my early 20s). The important event was some kind of "party" where I was for my work and with my fiancee. Based on the clothing and place it looks like I died there, probably poisoned bcs I saw a cup of some red liquid, and I had that liquid running out of my mouth as well. Thank you so much, Julia. I did not just close my eyes and slept while being awake like a part of my brain was fully into it listening to the instructions and doing as said while a part of mine was in a deep sleep.

She started talking about benches and I stared dreaming about gym and benches from school

I tried to do this at night, which isn’t a good idea seeing as I have fallen asleep twice, but last night I saw a river, but I don’t think that was part of my past life. This is mainly because I heard flow and thought of a river. I might try again soon when it’s not night time. 👍👍

I saw Egypt...I was a queen...with children...I saw running water...vases...long beautiful hair crown...alot of fruits...sand...alot of noise....pain....head cut off....powerful

The moment when I looked at my feet and I realize that I was a man barefoot in the dry dirt was such a weird situation, but it really did feel like a little slice of home. Very cool

I saw myself in a past life as a tall slender but muscular native American young man. I'm currently a girl, so I did not see that one coming. But I recognized me, my solid personality in the other me. I saw my strong attributes and a very high level of integrity, that is all me now. It's not something instilled in me by relatives in this life, all of the people I grew up around were every form of dishonest/unreliable/issues with stealing and so on. All of which have never been me, even tho it was expected, it was never me. I could see my spirit in that native American as if that was a life that defined me well. I only saw me standing there around a beautiful forest landscape with absolutely no modern civilization.

I take these things with a huge grain of salt and I have to say this was really impressive. Especially since I ended up in a time and place that was not at all where and when I enjoy thinking/fantasizing about when I consider the possibility of past life. Details hit me, like my bare feet on cobblestone. The gist is that I was a servant in a nice manor home in Renaissance Italy, from childhood til death in young adulthood. Died in childbirth, baby boy with lots of black hair. Black eyes. I know from looking at him after having died and hanging around for a bit. I give birth and die in the grand bed of the lady of the house. I recognize her as a dear friend that I made in my mid-30s and though we are no longer neighbors, we are still good friends(and in our 60s now). One thing that struck me was during the time in between lives. No beings, no guides. Surrounded by soft, golden light but that was it. Whenever it is mentioned to see/look for guides or ask them questions I just think well, I'm alone here. It wasn't a thought that frightened me. More of hmm, well that's interesting. Anyway, once again, this was really impressive, best guided journey ever for me.

I felt how powerful it was, but I realise I had resistance to leave my body, and resistance of knowing, but I feel great and more alive since doing this. So thank you so much. I will deffo try it again when I feel more ready to let go. I did see a little boy in big boarding school, but also saw dragons, and my two best friends in a completely different era xxxxx

I would like to start by saying; I am an African American woman.. everything I’m about to mention I 100% saw. so.. in my past life I was a woman named Meredith, Meredith was a German Jewish girl.. her family called her Merry for short. She had 2 younger siblings a boy and a girl ages 10 and 13 I believe. it begins with Meredith at the beach I was barefoot and wearing this beautiful long dark green skirt. My mother was there she was beautiful and wearing the most beautiful outfit and my father was also there I felt.. an overwhelming amount of happiness.. just being near the beach and the sand underneath my feet.. it felt wholesome at the time on the beach Meredith was 20 years old.. which is ironic considering I’m about to be 19 in my current life. I then forwarded to a big event in mommy past life.. I was getting married at the age of 24.. I was happier than ever I didn’t know my last name in the beginning just that my first name was Meredith but after marriage to this tall brunette German Jewish man, I heard “Meredith Hollenster” I was so happy to have the last name of my husband. And then forward to death, I was in Auschwitz’s the concentration camp; I felt so hungry and so unwell and sick from being hungry it was the saddest id been but not entirely lonely; I just wondered where my husband was. I was with my mother but had no idea where my younger siblings were. I died of Starvation. I witnessed my mother holding me and crying I witnessed how broken she was, I saw the other Jewish women staring down at me as my mother held my lifeless body. I just kept thinking after death “I never got the chance to have a baby.. I never got the chance to have a big family” Because I’d been sent to the concentration camp only a few months of being married. i remember after death feeling sadness about my husband I wanted to know where he was.. and I still don’t know where he is. Ironically I am currently in my present life engaged to a German man.. with no children. My past life and me.. it makes sense.. I’ve always been unhealthily obsessed with the holocaust.. I’ve watched multiple interviews and even wanted to visit The camps.. I had a memorial of Anne Frank on my wall for 2 years from 13 to 15.. it’s always just fascinated me. I also have a binge eating disorder, I eat and eat and eat, perhaps because I starved? My fiancé after I told him also mentioned how I constantly ask him to have kids.. I’ve asked him multiple times to have children although I’m only 18 and he always says “we have time for all of that” but I don’t feel like we do.. our lives can end any second now.. a big family is all I’ve ever wanted since I was a child

I was a dashing young training samurai in the edo period. We had went out to this lush forest to gather some supplies and herbs. I had a backpack on with a full blue tarp they had with 4 triangles. At the most important part was when I faced an opponent that had killed my friend in battle so I heard nothing but ringing and the splashing of blood I sliced straight across his stoumach and lunged the sword through his chest with full force and knocked him over I jumped on top pulled out a spare dagger and went straight for his throat nothing but rage had consumed me everything I had seen rage was my weapon and my weakness. I stabbed until I ran out of breath I looked into the sky on a clear blue day overlooking the ocean. When I died I ended up in a tavern and was poisoned through drink last thing I saw was me crawling away to the doorway and a quick black end. Rage can be your worst enemy and your biggest weapon don’t let it consume you and make you disregard the moral and strict code you have for yourself in order to not get engulfed in such a blazing flame of death

I have strange connections to Egypt not sure why like when I seen the movie The Mummy I started having memories from 3000 years ago I may been a Pharaoh at one point

I did a lot of digging after my regression session and found out that I was a french prostitute in the 1920s- my ex husband in this life- his last name eerily is spelled almost identically to the prince of that time. I don't want to get into specifics but the past life was abusive, I lost a child and was assassinated (shot) because they found out I was his prostitute. IN NO WAY did I want any connections to this man but this is what came through and came up and it's actually pretty interesting and sad. I'm glad I broke the cycle of violence in this life. Can't make this up.

I’m gonna have to try this again. I got way to nervous during experience. I thought I always wanted to know about my past lives but this really had me nervous.

I couldn't see a past life.. But i did see the garden, and the hall but it doesn't have any doors other than the one i opened.. There were mythical creatures.. A LOT.. but only one cane to me, a flying dragon a snake-like one like this (🐉) it was blue and glowing white.. After that I just relaxed and sat at the garden bench with that dragon flying then around and then opened my eyes after the girl said to open my eyes gently.. BUT!! Before I opened my eyes, there was a faint voice calling a name, something like "Jayong! Min jayong!" I don't know, okay? It was too faint, then I opened my eyes, now it got me curious.. 😞

Amazing video. I actually fell asleep during the begining and didn't wake up until you started talking about going back to the womb. I didn't have any recollection of choosing my new life but I felt floaty and could hear my dad's voice vaguely. Going into the actual regression I could tell I was a British woman in what appeared to be the 1700s. All my memories revolved around a ship. The first was a peaceful sunny day. My significant event was running away on the ship during a storm, and my death I was thrown overboard and shot by a man on another ship which my spirit guides later explained was my husband in that life. It was both fascinating and terrifying.
