A great breathing exercise! With practise I get longer breathe holds, 1m 55sec without force and struggle. More practise will get me to 2min. After the round I remain in a state of relaxation and peace until music and drum beats stop. Thanks for creating this breathing exercise 👍
I basically tripped. My experience (right after retention) was transcendental. I felt foreign in my own body. I panicked for a moment because everything felt so new and different. I've tried lsd, dmt, shrooms, high dose thc edibles. Yet nothing I've done felt quite as clear and new as this. Begin again, my brothers and sisters 🕉️
Would like to know about when I should I do this? Dos and don'ts. How long after a meal or before a meal. What routine should I follow ? Am 53 . Have done this twice and find it really transcendental. Would like some information about when specifically. 🙏🏼
Back again... it was just what I needed, so stressed about COVID and the future. I made it to a full two minutes and it felt wonderful. My cat knitted on my belly during the breath holds keeping time to the drum beats. It was wonderful. Thank you for such a transcendent experience. Namaste.
Wow ! Great simple breathing exercise , but I had to take a break before the third round. I also have a cold so I am feeling challenged. I am also curious @takeadeepbreath what is the music ?
This is my favourite. Been doing Breathwork for nearly 2 years and this one is one of the best I’ve ever done. It sends me off so quick that I rarely get through the whole thing. Thank you so much for giving this to us all.
Your chanel is revelation, I haven't watched youtube for years and now I'm here everyday. Since I'm a beginner in breathing, is it better to stick to some routine, like do the same breathing exercise for a while, or is it okay to do everyday something new and combine videos?
Hey, thanks for saying hello, try and few and see what you like, for me it's about looking and what you want to achieve and how certain exercises make you feel afterwards, good luck on your breath journey, please check out the podcast on the channel as many top experts will share breath advice with you
@@TAKEADEEPBREATH yes! I loved your original video with this drumming, I started every morning with that one, now this new one will be my new way to start my day 💪
Thank you thank you thank you. I wish every person on this planet would do deep breathing everyday. The mental and physical benefits are truly life-changing 😋👍🤓
I've never really been able to meditate my attention span means my mind wonders but this is fantastic I really do go somewhere else after during the second half .Thank you it's done perfectly from your voice to length of the exercise to the relaxation after .
Thank you so much! It's a powerful exercise I practice everyday. I would like another one with this number of breaths, 2 minutes or 2 '30 retention and after the deep ingalation, 1 minute retention. I make it with soma videos music and it's very effective, but it would br much better to have a guided video with your voice.
I enjoyed this. I felt relaxed by it but didn't really feel a change in my consciousness. I think I need to keep working on my breathing technique for the rounds and over time improve my holds as well. Thank you for doing this.
I have the feeling that I always have 1 nose hole is stuck sometimes it switches in a week. But I rarely feel that they are both 'free'. I am wondering if this is normal? Further thank you so much for your channel!
This is like a slow, peaceful, mindful version of Wim Hof breathing. And since it is fully nasal definitely healthier. I never felt that strong sensations in my brain and hands before, all tingling, warming up and enjoying. Thank you absolutely much for this exercise. It was a hypnotizing experience. Definitely a part of my mornings from now on :)
I wish everyone would like and comment on this so it trends....most people need this! This vid and channel is waaaaay more important than some of the stuff that is trending on YT!
