Just in the weightlifting part. I think Clarence would clean and jerk this weight 4 or 5 times faster, but Sebastian has an advantage in dips. But they never chose weightlifting events for weightlifter, cause it wouldn't be fair.

his technique was very good, he did the entire lift as a fluid motion, whereas Romano did more of a clean into a push press

Yes, but more likely triceps fatigue. Going from max dips to overhead is brutal. The other guy was smarter, wide grip, (stronger also of course, but still)

Ok bro then you must know a lot right. I do Powerlifting too. According to the news I've got Seba kot is nearly 105 kgs who lifted more than 800 in total. I said he's world class but not a competitor yet. Going by his age Romano would surely compete in World class competitions in Future if he does continous training. For eg His bench press max is nearly 200 kilos. Squats nearly 300. can't he even lift 300 in deadlift. That's why I said so bro. Ok thank you for your feedback.
