In this video I share with you a daily practice to help heal PPPD, chronic anxiety and help you to create a safe space in your mind where you can relax and feel calm. The more often you feel calm the more you will help strengthen your nervous system and the stronger the neural connections will be in the brain to help you feel more calm more often.

Aww I love the fact you have your cat with you! Animals are so calming, and I've visualised having my dogs with me sometimes too, just sat in the sunshine. Thank you for sharing, I hope the video has helped you in some way ☺️

Thanks Emma! This was great! And a much needed source for each day to give our minds and nervous system a break! My space was a Villa in Spain on a sun bed with the warm sun on my skin and the water trickling in the pool, with a cold glass of apple juice that cleansed my body when drinking. Thank you for this video I’ve put it in my playlists to help others! Keep doing what your doing! Steve x

I need help!!! I went through a lot of symptoms back in 2021 from pulling,swaying,ground shaking, duck walking, feeling I was gonna fall never did, now my balance is still gonna off but this one symptom I can't get rid of is visual and it's like the floors look tilted to me and that's been like that for two years and half and I been battling dissociation 247 for over two years and a half. I just want to know what is this symptom of the floors looking tilted??? I feel like I can't even walk into a hallway because I don't feel like I'm on flat land and the floor looks off. Thanks if you can reply

Hi, you should be able to improve that through specific vestibular exercises. I also recommend eyes closed exercises and Grounding exercises feeling into your feet and reconnecting to your lower legs. If you can improve proprioception then you can stop relying so much on vision for balance and being thrown off by patterned floors etc. Have a look into optokinetic exercises as they may help you

Can PPPD cause sensitivity to weather like barometric pressure. I nearly always have head pressure but often gets worse in windy weather
@balanceyourlifenow1651
@balanceyourlifenow1651 Год назад
Hi, yes I believe that is possible that weather can affect chronic dizziness symptoms

Can this ever go away completely? I've battled it nine years now almost ten. I've came along way over the years but it's still there. Can you tell me why?

Yes, I would say this is just the tense energy leaving your body. How did you feel after? Any better, more calm etc?
