You should really have a cam removal tool to gain some leverage. Nicked cam bearings will bleed oil pressure

Did you guys tack weld the cam gear? I'm wondering how necessary that is. Will the p-pump cause the gear to walk off every time?

What about the cam position sensor adapter in the back on the timing case? I cant get mine to read properly even after modifying it. How did yall do it?

Did you verify your camshaft has a tone ring on the back of it?

@@dirtydiamonddiesel5901 yes. It's a stock 24v cam. I used a dremel and everything and cant get it to read. Do you have and pics of how you did it?

@@KREperformance I dont have any pictures, I just remember we had to use a carbide bit to make the hole large enough for the adapter to fit. I wish i could be more help but it sounds like you could possibly have a bad sensor.

@@dirtydiamonddiesel5901 the sensor was just replaced is the thing. It's getting 5volts to the sensor and all the wires have good continuity. So I'm lost.

A little modification required, You will have to run a High flow Banjo bolt for the fuel inlet on an Auto Truck other than that very fair price and good product.
