Really? In 1863 Ellen G White received a vision to go vegan and she was a founder of the Seventh Day Adventist church. They started diatetics and claimed red meat is bad for you. It took white 20 years to supposedly reach her objectives. Remarkable as most grains and vegetables we have today were not available then. Meat has been in our diet for millions of years and we know what people ate by measuring stable isotopes in their bones and teeth. Science 1, God 0. Thank our big brains. God is largely silent, except to suggest we burn meat and eat sprouted grains.
What's crazy and for me very very high blended fruit intake 15 to 20 serving with 1 cooked steamed starch meal keeps me in remission no meds. Animal products make me flare I'm glad it works for you
I recently Diagnose with ulcerative colitis and from past 7 months my life was like a hell now I am on steroids which are giving me so many side effects but have no choice, but i start doing yoga and I feel different energy in me and getting positivity . In the end I say this problem is like a battle which we have to win and we can do this ❤️
Thank you!!! I am 30 and was diagnosed with UC on my birthday this April.... But I refuse to take any medication! Do you take medication? Now I fast (water+electrolytes and dry fasting) and eat clean meat, eggs and some veggies with low fiber. I also smoke cannabis and take a lot of vitamins and organic oils! This month I finally feel better, almost no blood, no cramps, no diarrhea, no hot feed or pain in my bones! In two weeks I will start working as a teacher and hope all will go well.. Scared of having emergency bowel movements infront of my class...
People under estimate the value of fasting because it a "negative" (not doing anything) activity, not realizing the healing that takes place during resting/sleeping. It is so essential though.
Fasting is good for some auto immune diseases such as US because when you have a huge flareup you are forced to other wise it will worsen. But for a 100% healthy person its not good
Will S wait it is, you heck you should eat slow planned out meals through out the day to keep you metabolism up, and also to make it easier for your body to digest food
im really happy for this lady I've nearly healed myself ,she's right for me stress is the biggest cause for a flare I'm going to start a carnivore diet with raw milk which should do the trick fingers crossed
That's great news. What's particularly interesting is that many nutritionists would advise those with this condition to reduce animal product intake, because of the saturated fat content, and it's association with inflammation. However as you demonstrate , it seems to the contrary, inflammation has completely reduced by removing plant foods from the diet. I suspect that it is really excess omega 6 fats, and things like plant lectins, that are the real cause of so much of the inflammation we see in those with health issues related to inflammation. Also I'm sure that the carnivore diet has a highly beneficial effect on the gut microbiome, related to these conditions.
I tried carnivore for Crohn’s disease but I ended up with a hyperactive thyroid, nutrient deficiencies and felt awful. What works for one, doesn’t for everyone. My gut felt a little better but the rest of me fell apart.
Of course! How on earth can carnivore diet help anybody?!?! 🤦♀️It is the hardest way and takes the longest time to digest meat! It is too much overload for digestive system and especially for the colon.
I actually got diagnosed about a month ago they said go back to your eating habits I did. Obviously I was in flares for almost a month. I became vegan just 2 days ago and I’ve had no symptoms no bloody stool my diarrhea is now formed stool. Animal based diet was triggering my ulcers and now my ulcers are practically healed. I can eat any vegetable raw or cooked, without having to go to the bathroom urgently. I feel more energized and it’s great. Meat is like insanely bad for you I would take a look at the game changers documentary or what the health super informational.
Hi Nicole, can you tell me how much meat by weight you eat a day roughly, or direct me to the video where you talk about this plse. I have been carnivore for almost 2 years and whilst a lot of things went away, I do not seem to be able to cure my ankylosing spondylitis (maybe wishful thinking). I cut out all dairy because it gives me psoriasis on my elbows. I eat beef, pork and lambs liver. I have IBS.
Does acute colitis also cause urination problem..?? I have colitis plus urination problem ,I checked prostrate size, urine sugar, kidney etc all are ok but frequent urination is disturbing. Is it because of swollen intestine..?
Question, do you ever eat off of carnivore? I have been on it for a month and was wondering how I will feel after months of doing this and then eating something like pizza/ice cream/"bad food". I have UC too and the deeper question I want to find is if I can go back to "normal life" eventually.
I enjoyed your post and information and agree with a lot that you shared. I have a JPouch and gotten great results by following a paleo diet, exercising, meditating, and practicing stress management skills.
@@zahiddurrani I would make surgery a last resort. I would explore working with Dane Johnson just Google his name and UC. He is great and cured his UC and he is a nutritionist now.
I was on a carnivore diet along with intermittent fasting. I did this for 16 months. I felt the best I did after just one week on carnivore. A lot of my symptoms disappeared, and I got my energy back. However, I was never able to have a formed stool for the entire 16 months. All of my symptoms came back. After 16 months, I could not stomach just eating meat. I followed all the big name carnivore Dr's on UTUBE and believed everything they said about how you can heal inflammatory bowel disease with the carnivore diet. Didn't happen for me. So disappointed and angry. We are all different and carnivore doesn't work for everyone, so please stop saying this is a cure all, as it isn't. I am happy for you that it worked, but it doesn't work for everyone.
I had this problem from childhood in 1985 used Ayurveda medicine..flare stopped but again started and continued for 10yrs .., later it stopped ..as I followed intermittent fasting ..,later on stress I had bleeding ..on colonoscopy they said multiple ulcers ...did biopsy .., then I further started eating 2 times a day , drinking 3ltrs of water ,reduced stress .. , after 1yrs checked ..ulcers completely healed ..now I am free
@@ajcreation6761 immediately start intermittent fasting ,take some probiotics , practice eating 2 times a day , drink more water ,avoid stress ...,breakfast u can eat a fruit or fruit juice , Fasting is important
So I guess I have been “lucky” because my only symptom is bloody stool, I have only just been diagnosed. I already know the principles of diet on health but I cannot find what foods trigger me because the only thing I see is blood in my stool. Everyday. I took 5-ASA for 2 weeks but got an infection that wouldn’t go away and bad side effects and stopped it now. Any comments?
To viewers with CU this is not particularly helpful as you do not give insights on what your vegan diet looked like. It is easy to ear a lot of processed trash foods as a vegan. As you added some non-canivore foods back to your mealplans in the meanwhile, the question remains if carnivore was the central key for you anyway.
My mom has ulcerative collitis for nearly 20 years.... could you please let me know what she can do during flare ups .... it is difficult to stop flare ups for now....please help me 🙏🙏
Bentonite Clay is good!!!!! It stop inflammation fast. Pre and probiotics helps a lot. Make sure she is not stressing. Cabbage juice also helps with bleeding and inflammation. Tell her to avoid foods that trigger her so she can stay in remission and heal. I’ve had UC since 2014 and I’ve been healing doing these things
Of course, its healed maximum remission duration is 1 year, I just wanted to know how did you manage your diet 4 years rear. Like I don't take even the slightest amount of refined wheat flour, no carnivorous, no leafy vegetables, no chickpeas flour(nor whole), no deep-fried, my basic diet contains mung gram and plain rice and seasonal veggies, even after following up on these rules if there exists a chance of flare-ups??
@@balloon685 I have tried foods that I would normally NOT eat like raw veggies, nuts, friend fries, gelato, and even some corn chips. They didn't make me feel great because they are low-quality foods, but no GI upset other than that.
I was suffering from ulcerative colitis, this disease is really terrible, and it sucks, I got my relief from Dr folonsho, his herbal treatment healed me, you can also order it, if you are suffering from this terrible disease, you can reach him through his email to order it drfolonsho@gmail.com
Any chance you were taking acne medication before your diagnosis, just trying get my head around my 16yo recent diagnosis, doing a lot of investigation, thanks
have more than 20 years uc and I know that meat causes excessive bleeding, how could you cured ?? Really weird to me. Fasting can be cured, but meat causes an increase in inflammation
Different results for different people. Everyone says you need to go plant based with UC or Crohns? For me plant based causes a huge amount of gas and bloating issues.. as well as a general disturbance in my gut and bowel movements. Meats like chicken and fish are fairly easy you digest in my experience and give me the energy I need whilst keeping my toilet habits consistent. We aren’t all the same! Which is why it’s important we watch these videos with an open mind and don’t take them as a go to fix for our problems.
@@HealthyWithNicole I was in big confusion with taking which kind fruits, juice and veggies because i was afraid any of them will Make more trigger , could you suggest some veggies and fruits should be taken for this?
@@dineshm3286 for people with colitis that is active, fiber from fruits vegetables nuts seeds or beans can worsen symptoms. Focus on protein with juice for carbs will be easier for your gut.
I wonder how long for someone to truly be healed because I think if you can eat whatever you want, or atleast things you ate before without an issue then it would be healed. For example I was fine all my life till recently antibiotics have given me a bit of a histamine issue when I eat certain foods. I quickly adapted my diet so I hope that will help. I have also read stem cells for ulcers and that makes sense since I know stem cells fix just about anything, I had some in my shoulder for a torn labrum. The problem is how the F would they even inject my gut with a needle? Anywho meat diet definitely alleviates the symptoms, I have also taken raw colostrum from a farm in hopes of its benefits. Its been about a month and I read that supposedly for every week of antibiotics it takes about a month to heal, so I am lookin for the next month to be much better, although I do feel a bit better now, however, I did alter my diet. The real test to see if youre cured is to eat what would have aggravated you before but I think that depends on how long you go carnivore according to the damage in the gut. How do doctors diagnose ulcerative colitis? Do they actually get a visual or just assume based off of symptoms?
You can do some blood tests, see your CPR protein c reactive . It is an indicative test for inflamation . But do the test wich says how much is it not the one that says negative or positive . Might have to pay a bit extra for that but not too much
Doctors do colonoscopy to diagnosis UC . Secondly i have done stem cells therapy in maxico a year back but just a waste of time and money. Only willpower. Yoga .diet control help here
Unfortunately, I have IBS/D and ulcerative colitis as well as another autoimmune disease called Grave's Disease. No matter what i eat im not in a good situation. My doctors don't even know how to help any more
Created Created alkaline stomachs are a huge problem with many people and drinking alkaline water is not good. We need an acidic stomach. Apple cider vinegar is probably more likely to help.
No its NOT ok if your weight is low you will enter starvation mode and mess up your liver because it will deplete glycogen and cortisol will rise and you will not sleep at night. And then you thyroid will stop working properly and believe me you DO NOT want that experience.
@@man58652 You don't have to eat less during a fast. Just eat normally but only during 8 hours. Then the rest 16 hours fast. You can get the same amount of calories but still fast. So I don't think it's bad to fast this way if you are underweight. But if you want to do a fast like no food at all for the whole day, then yeah it's not good if you are underweight
Just yoga n meditation can't work any diseases.can u servive without foods n water??can u survive only with yoga n meditation?I guess not.our ulcerative colitis born of foods drinks etc so we must need many things but mainly we need medicine.medicine for long term hurbal meditation.

Do anyone still doubt natural herbs? I've seen the great importance of natural herbs and the wonderful work they have done in people's lives. I wonder why people still spend their money on surgery, injections and drugs each time they are sick. Natural herbs can cure all kinds of illness including herpes, diabetics, asthma, Cancer, hepatitis, etc. I've seen it with my own eyes. I was cured of ulcerative colitis and my Sister and her Husband were cured of herpes by dr Osemuahu who uses natural herbs to cure different kind of illness. Even Dr. Osemuahu proved to the whole world that natural herbs can cure all diseases and he cured countless of people using natural herbs. I know is hard to believe but am a living testimony. Sorry this is not a cure.. Life long meat diet.. What happens when you go back to a stable diet..? Everything comes back....my guess .. Ps .. l am not putting you down.. but that is not a cure.. please not ..l have tried..
You are absolutely right, there is no cure. I have had UC since I was 5 years old. Trust me, I have tried everything. I had a remission period for a solid 2 years, and now am having a very terrible flare up. Stress is the #1 cause for a flare up, not food.
You are absolutely right... Sweetheart... when l have stress.. lt hits me like a brick.... but foods do give me trouble.. do you suffer from fatigue and a fuzzy head..
I don’t know why people are so afraid of the word “cured”. We are told it can’t be cured, but that’s with conventional medicine which is true. I’m over 4 years zero symptoms and healthy colon.
Please don't follow a carnivore diet just because it worked for her! This is purely anecdotal and for now the science seems to be pointing out that your risk of UC is increased with meat intake. Also don't ignore the fact that there is considerable evidence that meat (especially red and processed) increases your risk of developing cancer, since we already have considerably more risk due to UC adding a lot of meat to our diet is doing awful harm. Also, UC causes INFLAMMATION, a carnivorous diet is anything but anti-inflammatory.
Pasture raise meat is very healthy and carnivore is great for inflammation and i seen many cases where they cured all their health problems just by going on a healthy carnivore diet meaning including bone broth and organ meets. Care full with your advices, you can really mislead people towards health
I’ve cured my inflammation, depression, anxiety from the carnivore diet. No doctor was able to help. This diet did. You should read latest on red meat and cancer. I’ve had thyroid cancer as a vegan and still had all of the other issues. This is a healing diet.
@@jennifercatherine3732 Thats all nice that it worked for you, however this evidence is anecdotal and has very little value. What kind of latest things on cancer and meat should I read? Ill appreciate some sources. Also, a vegan diet, or any diet, is never going to completely remove your cancer risk. This kind of questions need to be answered with reliable studies, not anecdotes.
