@@kdcounseling Hello...my experiences are going great I'm really enjoying the program of course they're always obstacles and barriers that come in between but my school have been really great to me I have been with them since 2013 I started off earning the bachelor's and healthcare administration but took notice of the mental health field where it would all become so despairing so I switched over to Mental Health and Wellness with An Emphasis in Community Mental Health Administration earned a double Masters of Science degree which led me to the program I'm in now for another Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become Licensed to assess and help others and serve within my community and other networking resources. again I really enjoy in like my profession as well being a student in training to become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor hoping to do my PhD and Clinical Psychology so that it will lead to me becoming a Psychologist

Hello, my program doesn’t allow me to have a paid position it’s free work/ experience for me. During practicum you are shadowing a lot and learning. For the work you do direct hours it’s a benefit for us as we get feedback and supervision. I know there is places that pay but usually you are doing Case management and this as well so it’s like doing 2 jobs for 1 pay. I’ll tag a podcast I listened to where a student explains this.
