Ingredients for base : 220g White Flour
4 Eggs
100g Sugar
100ml Milk
100ml Cooking Oil
1 Sachet Vanilla Sugar ( 8g )
1tsp Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt

Cheese filling : 900g Cottage Cheese
150g Sugar
250g Raspberries
1tsp Orange Extract
1tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
2tsp Candied Orange Peel
3tbsp Semolina
1tbsp Powder Sugar for dusting

Add 4 eggs in a bowl, sugar, vanilla sugar and mix for a minute. Add a pinch of salt, oil and milk and mix for another minute .
Add flour to the mixture as well as baking powder and mix for 1-2 minutes . Then , in a rectangular tray ( 35/25cm ) pour half of the mixture and bake at 180degreesC for 10 minutes or until golden brown on the outside . Meanwhile , make the filling . Add cheese and sugar in a bowl and use a vertical blender to mush everything. Then add 2 eggs, semolina, candied orange peel, 1teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of orange extract , and mix everything really well. When the sponge is ready , take it out of the oven and pour half of the cheese filling into the tray , half of the raspberries , the other half of the cheese filling and the rest of the raspberries . On top , add the other half of the sponge mixture and bake at 180degreesC for 30-35 minutes or until it becomes golden brown .
Let the cake cool down really well, powder it with powdered sugar, portion it and serve . Enjoy !
