Resep Caramel Pudding. Puding yang lembut dipadukan dengan saus karamel yang meleleh di atasnya. Cocok dihidangankan untuk anak-anak.
Resep Caramel Pudding (untuk 5 cup)
Caramel:
80 gr gula
50 gr air
Pudding:
2 butir kuning telur
500 ml Ultra Milk Full Cream
40-45 gr gula
¼ sdt garam
1 gr serbuk agar-agar
5-6 gr serbuk jelly
¼ sdt ekstrak vanila
Langkah:
1. Panaskan gula dan air, jangan diaduk lalu masak sampai berwarna cokelat muda dan menjadi caramel
2. Tuang adonan caramel ke atas wadah pudding
3. Sisa caramel didalam pan ditambahkan 3-4 sdm air lalu masak hingga caramel dan air menyatu
4. Kocok telur dengan balloon whisk, sisihkan
5. Panaskan susu, serbuk agar-agar, serbuk jelly, garam, dan gula sampai mendidih
6. Tuang sedikit demi sedikit susu ke dalam kocokan telur sambil terus diaduk
7. Tambahkan ekstrak vanila lalu masak lagi puding hingga sedikit mendidih
8. Tuang ke dalam wadah berisi caramel
9. Biarkan pudding set
10. Keluarkan pudding dari wadah
11. Pudding caramel siap disajikan dengan siraman saus caramel di atasnya

Soft and Melts in Your Mouth! Caramel Pudding Recipe
Caramel Pudding Recipe (yield 5 cups)
Caramel:
80 g sugar
50 g water
Pudding:
2 pc egg yolk
500 ml Ultra Milk Full Cream
40-45 g sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 g agar powder
5-6 g jelly powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
1. Heat the sugar and water. Do not stir and cook to light brown until it is caramelized.
2. Pour the caramel into the pudding mold.
3. Add 3-4 tbsp of water to the rest of the caramel in the pan, then cook until the caramel and the water are incorporated.
4. Beat eggs with a balloon whisk. Set aside.
5. Bring the milk, agar powder, jelly powder, salt, and sugar to a boil.
6. Pour the milk bit by bit into the beaten eggs. Keep stirring.
7. Add vanilla extract and bring the pudding to a simmer once more.
8. Pour the pudding into the molds.
9. Let it set.
10. De-mold the pudding.
11. Caramel Pudding is ready to serve with caramel sauce poured on top.
