குழம்பு தூள் / Kuzhambu Powder Recipe:-
Roast slow flame and rest it for 5 minutes then grind it to a fine powder
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Red chilli - 200 Gm
தனியா / Coriander seed - 200 gm
சீரகம் / Cumin Seed - 20 gm
மிளகு / Black papers - 20 gm
கடலை பருப்பு / Gram Dal -20 gm
துவரம் பருப்பு / Toor dal - 20 gm
சுக்கு / Dry ginger - 10 gm
மஞ்சள் / Whole turmeric -10 gm
கறிவேப்பிலை / Curry leaf half hands
Ingredients:
இறால் / Prawn - 500 Gms
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
பூண்டு / Garlic - 10 Pieces
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder
குழம்பு தூள் / Kulambu Powder - 2 Spoon
தக்காளி / Tomato - 2
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 2
மிளகு / Pepper - 10 to 15 Nos
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 2
முழு தனியா / Coriander Seeds - 1 Spoon
முந்திரி / Cashewnut - 5 Nos
சோம்பு / Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Spoon
தேங்காய் / Coconut - 1 Piece
உப்பு / Salt
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது / Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Spoon
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Red Chilli - 3
