Pre-40 Legends on Survivor 50? 

I think Erik Reichenbach should be considered a legend since he's at the center of one of the most replayed moments in Survivor history.

Im for 49 being New Era All Stars and 50 being Legends

I could definitely see Kelley Wentworth being at least asked to be on 50 from the 21-32 era

I think with them talking about making it a year long celebration we might know who the cast is before they leave to play.

You don't need Boston, Parv, Tony or Sandra for season 50 in order for it to be a great season...we've seen them and can retire them.

One player I was surprised you both didn't mention was Eliza from Vanuatu and Micronesia.

I wish they did an All star season at some point in the 40s before season 50 just to give these one time players a chance to become “legends” because they will have on Rob Sandra Parvati, and when you have a cast of super mega stars and solid one time players it just is a predictable boot order, but when everyone’s “threat level” is on the same status then it creates for interesting gameplay. All stars for example you see a lot of duds make it far, and I don’t need that on 50

I think we might see legendary/memorable moment type players, not necessarily legendary players who have returned multiple times.

I think Carolyn from 44 is the most recent legend

Heroes vs. Villains and Winners at War were so special that it's impossible to have an all-returnee season that has no restrictions (i.e. Second Chances or New Era All-Stars) without contestants from those seasons.

If we are going "legends" just based on what they mean to the game and not necessarily their ability to play, and we're not bringing anyone back from WaW on to 50, then I think we could form a pretty interesting cast. Ozzy, Coach, Amanda, Cirie, Wentworth, Domenick, Devens, Danielle, Russell, Rob C, Vecepia, Natalie White, Jenna M, Todd, Earl, Dreamz, Yau-Man, Stephenie, Natalie Tenerelli, Nadiya Anderson (But its actually Natalie in disguise)

Underrated name I would love to see again from the 30’s. Jay Starett. If I get Christian Devens and Jesse that’s all I need to be happy tho

What about Sophie Clark? I feel like she killed it on WaW until her blindside and she proved that she deserved her win on South Pacific, but also having some unfinished business at the same time

8 Early "Legends" from first 20 id think could be a great fit and well spread out for 50 are Hatch, Rob C, James, and Russell, with Alicia Callaway, Vecepia, Eliza, and Amanda. All 2 time+ players besides Vecepia and brings back two non WAW players, could obv see one of Parv/Sandra/Cirie along with Rob as the 9th and 10th although would rather see a one timer in those spots like Shane Powers or Natalie Bolton

As much as I appreciate what they brought to Survivor, and like them more than most of the New Era, I don’t need to see Boston Rob, Sandra, Parvati again. Winners at War was painful enough seeing all of the old school go out one by one.

why couldn’t production make season 40 a 24 person cast?? if tin, hatch, and vecepia will all willing to come back, they would’ve been able to get one more male winner. production is so stubborn and robbed us of the winners at war we deserved. i know jeff probst doesn’t like vecepia but for the sake of franchise, jeff probst needs to stop being selfish but after season 20 he took control of casting and can do legit anything he wants to make more compelling casting people and always refuses not to.

Richard Hatch is never coming back now since the Island of Idols incident, Russel Hantz is never coming back due to Brandon in Caramoan and Vytas is never coming back either.

People want Dom back but as someone who had to endure an entire season of him on the Challenge plssss no… idc how close someone was to winning I want an entertaining season not another boring returnee season like Game changers

I am sorry, but i just don't want to see all the winners again. I would rather see people like Rob S or Aubry or Jerri. I just don't want to see Rob or Parv or Sandra again yet. I think that most of the old school guys you are all talking about, just no. I don't really care. I want to see Rick Devens and Christain and Domenick.I would definitely pick Kim again as a winner to see. New era's like Shan because she was a disaster or Sabiyah because she got cheated by the bad casting and the quitters. I do think that any older white player that was even the slightest bit boring is just a no for me because of the racist initiative they now have. I am sorry to say it like that, but if they are going to cast based on skin color and not whether or not they are good tv then anyone that i am on the edge with needs to go for me. I don't care if it would be cool to bring some old school player back. Jerri is the only really old school player i would bring back. Everyone else needs to be mid or budget era player.
