@@st-6837 back then when his body was stronger as peak superhuman he had originium arts. Now he is dead fish and will not be as active as before(there was a lot of hints that he will regain all of his physical mental abilities throughout the story)

The idea of female Dokutah isn't dead yet... So maybe the Dokutah is a father type waifu with a flat chest? It would confirm why Dokutah was so feminine in the anime.

@@Sueros I think it's left ambiguous on purpose, so that the player could self-insert as "The Doctor", or more simply, to let players create more fanfic without gender limitation After all, that also helps the game alive

@@Sueros My dude no woman has shoulders that wide. I'm pretty sure the character designers had the doctor's sex as male in mind when they made the design but then decided to make it ambiguous in game because that's what most gachas do. Honnestly I would have just prefered they went the FGO route and made male and female sprites for Doctor.
