According to me the best way to check whether your brand new motorcycle has been ridden or not is Check the disc brake rotor If some one has ridden, the disc rotors will definitely have lines running along the disc rotors. But this is applicable only to bikes which have disc brakes. Hope this helps.

u could also have included checking the tires. it's easy to make out if the tire has been used even for few kms or is it a really brand new tire. this way you'll know if the bike has been ride or not
what a video liked it too much as all the points are important have some problem in first point what if the some other person has used it and dealer have cleaned It properly from every where so how to check

Hi Vikas, it's an amazing (superb) detail presentation for a pre-delivery check-up when one is going to take delivery of their bike. I live in Bangalore and had a bitter experience with the dealers here. Next video also address in doing a research about the dealer before taking delivery of the bike.
Vikas bro in wt situations engine kill switch iz used mainly iz it correct to use kill switch to off completely fr some hours fr parking or should stop with key ignition.
In a country like India with thieves and poorly trained and half knowledge people, sadly including the dealerships and service guys themselves, we HAVE TO BECOME CID agents I think. Better to be safe than sorry.

Your video from 2.20 to 4.25 has just helped me in saying a big no to the Honda Showroom Vijayawada (A.P) salesman (for CBR250R) which on the first sight i knew it was already ridden by looking at footpeg and throttle wear and he kept on saying that their mechanic has ridden(8Km!!) as part of their PDI. Being it my first bike I would have taken it for true if I had not seen your video. God bless u man.. Keep going...
what are the other ways to find out if the bike was used before delivery? yes, all the dealerships would disconnect the odo cable and run it and deliver to an unfortunate guy.. what if there is no wear'n'tear of the accelerator or foot pegs. ?
Yes vikas bhai it is one of the most important part of buying a new vehicles because anything could go wrong when it comes to vehicle manufacturing the vehicle could be accidently delivered to us by a dealer 😑🤔😓😓 and I have experienced it when I went to buy a Honda Activa 3g in 2016 the Honda dealer gave me defected scooter the problem in the vehicle which I bought was major like bend scooter frame nd the bend rear steel rim nd improper tyre 😒😒😔😔 i have repaired my scooter ever where like authorized service centers to the local mechanic but the problem remains the same 😵😱😰 nd i would give 10/2 stars to the Honda for quality check 🖓🖓🖓 nd thank you vikas bhai for this amazing video 😊😎😇👌👍👍
