HI, so glad you've had a great holiday. I went on a cruise beginning of May and gained 9lb. I went straight back on plan the day after i came home and I've lost 8 5lb. I'm sure you'll lose your holiday gain quickly. You ve done so well already. Go girl x

Aw it looks gorgeous where you are, i love your skirt its beautiful, at least if you have a gain you got a beautiful holiday out of it, i think im up about 6 pound in one week just from eating crap, another month starting and here i go again, thank you for posting while you're on holiday and congratulations to you and your hubby on your second anniversary, haply anniversary ❤❤❤

I always try and loose at least 5lb before any holiday or weekend away so I can happily eat what ever I want knowing I can gain 5lb before I need to start cutting back again. It’s so much easier to loose before rather than feeling pressure to lose weight again after.

The view is amazing and you look so relaxed... I am so glad you just relaxed with eating and enjoyed yourselves. While losing weight is still your goal your message is something we all need to hear life is for living as well. Well done on the 2lb loss. I did a 3 freezer clear out yesterday and found 4 Xmas Pies from a wonderful local baker so I have just warmed up 1 and blooming enjoyed one with Greek Yoghurt.... Previously those 4 would have disappeared with cream. I so enjoyed it and delight in knowledge I have more in fridge to last me until he starts baking them on 1st Dec😂❤x

Hi Dormouse! Thank you so much. We had a great time and, we did come home and back to reality with a bang 😂. It’s been a busy week since we got home, but now back into some sort of routine and dreaming of my next week off! 😂🥳. Thank you so much for your encouragement. The pies sound lovely. We are only a minutes walk away from a butcher shop (quite a fancy one!) and we always like to see what delights they come up with as the seasons change. ENJOY your pies 🥧 😍 xx

Well done on your 2lbs lose. Glad you’ve had a great holiday. Slimming World is a life change not a diet so holidays are to be enjoyed to the max. Just weigh in and get back on plan as best as you can, I came back from a cruise went to group the day after I came back and gained 5lbs. Got straight back on plan and next weigh in lost 6.5lbs. See where you are a month from your return from holiday...That will give you a fair idea if/or any real damage was done while you were away.

Hi Danielle, it is a beautiful area. Cost us €10 to get a taxi to Las Americas too, it was worth the taxi ride as it was incredibly hot and probably too far to walk in the heat. I would recommend it xx
