Hi Sir, I'm a patient of sulcus vocalist that said from Peerless Hospital Kolkata, Continental Hospital Hyderabad and CMC Hospital Vellore, Chennai. I took voice therapy but no improvement. Last 24.01.2020, I consulted from CMC, they gave me medicine and voice therapy to continue for three months. I am on practicing now. I would like to know about the better voice therapy from you Sir. Hello Sir, I'm a singer. I started regular singing practice everyday for 3 hours each day. After a week of practice I started to feel throat muscle tension. At first i thought it was a throat infection but there are no symptoms of throat infection. Its been 3 weeks and the dry throat pain has not gone away. I feel pain when I'm talking. Singing is a nightmare now. From my symptoms I think I have MTD but not sure. Is it curable Sir?

Sir, I have been struggling with my voice since last 1.5 years. I was diagnosed with slight grade 1, Reinke's Oedema. According to the doctor, it couldn't be surgically treated as it was too unnoticeable. No other voice changes are there. But it just hurts after long session of talking. Or maybe after singing, it becomes a little scratchy and croaky for a while. I am a classically trained singer. But after my Edema I have been finding it difficult to sustain a good voice. Can I come to you Sir?

He can't form sentences and voice is also not clear and lot of improvement is there since childhood but still not clear and finds difficulty forming sentences .

It will increase the no of health care quacks 2.People may start self treatment which may damage their vocal cords/ voice.( vocal nodules, phonatory gap may develop) . 3.Few minutes Treatment videos can’t make any one Speech Pathologist/ Voice Therapist . In India people spend 6 years in studying speech language pathology to become a good speech language pathologist ( 4 years Bachelor and 2 years master) .
