I'm not doing student coaching anymore, I moved to another business idea, YT Channel Neural Productivity.
Do you need to write a master thesis proposal to get into a university or to win a scholarship. In this video I will talk about the master thesis proposal that I wrote when I was apply for a scholarship for ETH Zurich university (which I got in the end). Everything from the title to references. Make sure to also watch the video, as it is more detailed than the template!

As we have in some proposals, can I merge background/prior work with the introduction for ESOP scholarship? Is it acceptable?

Do I need to think of the Master's thesis and outline that in my pre- proposal? I have done theses before, but I would have liked to venture into new territory and learn new things and think of a better thesis topic while doing the master's instead of before it :( do you know of anyone who got the ESOP but didn't outline a complete thesis idea?

You can come up with a thesis idea (any project) and then change it during your master studies. If in the proposal you propose a project A, it is not obligatory to do it. You can change and do another project that you like after. Hope this makes sense? So my suggestion, propose a project you would like to do now, and then change letter. But the proposal should be specific enough. If you want feedback on the proposal, feel free to send me an email for more info.

You should remove as much as details as possible. Or this might be a different type of proposal to the one I discuss here. I need to know more details in order to answer the question
