At the time of purchase of plot the land jurisdiction was in panchayithi layout now in most of the panchayaths clubbed and made it as Municipal corporations as a layman one is not aware under which Municipal corporation the merged panchayithi was at present there is no awereness in which panchayaths merged with muncipal corporation there is confusion which Municipal corporations to opt in LRS application chances are more in selecting Municipal corporations

Sir for me one property came with only gpa document n date was 94th year from there grantee I'm mean person who taken property from granter paying property tax from 94 to 2020 n current bill, water bill , property tax is in the name of grantee n person like granter expired now has came to me with situation for sale is it safe or tell me what is safe method to buy the property

His gave his thumb on registration document and his father was presented in front of registrar and the registration was completed on Son name. I am planning to buy the property. He wants to give GPA to his father and his father will do registration on my name. 1. Will there be any issues like leagal, bank loan, municipal permission in future? 2. Will I have the full rights on the property? 3. Will the vendor be holding any rights on the property once the property is sold? 4. Is it good buy such property? 5. Will his family members have any leagal rights on the property once it is sold through GPA? Could you please help me to understand the above questions?

Well explained sir, i acquired one plot on august 2011. Unknowingly by the advise of document writer, it was done by sale agrement cum gpa basis, but paid 6% stamp duty and get registered. Can i sale that plot to others without concerned of vendor in that gpa?
