Almost everyone will workout for the gains, either losing weight, build muscles or strength training. You workout for fun and I like that, it's not like you don't know how to workout because you used to be great at it.
Props to you man. I trained bodyweight only for about a year and a half and felt like I reached some sort of plateau (by the way, saw your video on that topic a couple days ago) and decided to join a gym. It's been great and to be honest I have been saying better physique gains compared to when I was bodyweight training, but I just miss it. I loved doing pull ups, training on my handstand, levers, dips and all that good stuff. I still do 3 sets of pull ups and 3 sets of dips each workout just because I love those exercises to death, and seeing your videos the last couple of weeks, those handstand push ups, muscle ups and so on REALLY made me want to go back to bodyweight. I'll stick with the gym for a while just to add on some size at which point I'll probably return to bodyweight :) Thanks for being such an inspiration!
@RonMD I don't mean to get in your head or discourage you but I can relate to your situation I also started weights for the more direct results and the instant gratification and certainty of knowing exactly how my progress was going and I put gymnastics and body wieght aside for a while convincing myself that I would pick it back up once I put on size and overtime I have come to realize that all I'm doing is pushing back happiness to acheive a unachievable goal of perfection of getting bigger and not being big enough and tbh you may not realize it but I just wanted to let u know because I see this is your comment and I truly believe that you will get stronger if you just enjoy your training if it's any help they did a study on people to trained for the physical goals and people who trained for the simple fact that it made them feel good doing it and found that those who do it directly for fun benefited more check it out on asapscience on motivation anyways good Luck and do wat u luv
Павел добрый вечер! Печально конечно, что на канал Крепость ты уже не выкладываешь видео. Есть просьба, можно ли хотя бы добавить русские субтитры на видео, выложенные на канал The Fortress? Заранее спасибо за ответ )

Fortress Hello , I practice street workout and my question is: I wonder if I should practice isometric exercises like holding a tuck planche or practice first concetricos exercises like dips with extra weight first. What order should I do the exercises ?
Man, I have one question. Is it good to train 5 days a week and have 2 rest days? For example, I train 5 bussiness days and at weekend i rest. Thx for opinion.
I really am glad I found your channel. Now, I just want more people to know about you too!! I want to see if JUJIMUFU ( Jon Call and Tom Boyden ) would invite you to workout with them and collaborate. He is part of the flashy side of "YT fitness channels" but has brought a lot of people together through Tricking, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, and Arm Wrestling ( Devon Larratt ). I think he should know about you and respect you. You are one of the early fitness youtubers that have done it right from the start like my guy Scooby1961 on YT. You are an inspiration man. The world needs more people like you. There are so many people out there who need to see your humbleness and faith. I want to see if I get Jujimufu to pay you to come out and have fun working out with him. God bless.
Hi Paul, gotta question to ask.Recently I begin to do pull ups and trying to to muscle up,but usually happens dizziness after finished pull ups, sometimes almost fainted, why did it happening?

bro please can u advice me ?my favorite exercise is muscle up but when i go down I feel a terrible pain in my forearm the slow negative muscle up is more hard than the muscle up for me do u know what can be it ?Thanks bro
+Uchiha Madara either something is wrong with your forearm probably injury, you need to stretch it and deeply massage it, or just strengthen your forearms.
i have a question... im about 5'10 , 145lbs. I have alot of lower belly fat that almost looks like I have a beer belly (I only drink water) my diet consists of organic meats (no steroids/grass fed beef/) almonds, eggs, apples, tuna, bananas, broccoli, different types of fish, yogurt (i try to get some without alot of sugar, i get the official NFL ones) and yet, i still have alot of belly fat. I only have like two visible abs and when I do ab workouts, my back starts hurting because my core can't even support my body to do then long enough. I've started running 4 miles last week and doing more body weight exercises (push ups, pull ups, dips) . i once did dips and my lower back had terrible pain out of nowhere and i couldn't walk right for a couple days. i thought it was probably because my core is so weak. if anyone reads this, what can I do to get rid of that fat surrounding my abs to i can actually strengthen them and get stronger overall?
