Whith collet also is easy.the first masur when collet is insaid the spindle then also masur spindle the end make so:run out collet minus run out spindle = minimum run out. Best regards

Thank you for sharing your video with us. But easily was possible to remove run out whith grinding because 0/01 or 0/05 also 0/10 mm is not much and white grinding will be exactly ziro. Normally when you buy some accessories for lathe or milling machine of course are not correct and fit white your lathe but machinist must Fix it. Any way thank you again. With spindle yes, possible to fix with grinding, but then I need also take care about tapper there. Not sure I will be able to do better than it was. But how about a collet. Grinding there will not have a result in my mind…
