I just found this series and am loving it. I'm currently trying to work on improving my diet and working with my therapist to let go of fear around pregnancy. I had twin boys in 2022 and they were born premature and only lived a few days in the NICU. I know I want to be a mom again, but tbh I'm struggling with the anxiety. I'm also over 40 now, which is adding some anxiety. Do you have any dietary, yoga, or other advice for over 40 moms?

I've been struggling with getting everything together. The medical doctors are not as cooperative with working with my functional maternity specialist/acupuncturist. And I have had a huge problem getting into the pelvic floor PT. apparently there is only one that my insurance covers in the 3 largest cities near me. I'm about ready to just pay out of pocket as I already have issue from previous pregnancies. I agree with needing a mental health provider but that has also been a challenge to find. My next confirmed appointment is with the RE (reproductive endocrinologist) to talk about my possible blocked right ovary and hormone levels. I am glad I have found your channel.
Whew! Our healthcare system can be so complicated and inaccessible. So many unnecessary barriers to quality care. I almost didn't make this video because I was so concerned that people would feel stressed just thinking about how hard it can be to get the care they want and need. Man, the parallels run deep! AMH definitely has its place under certain circumstances (unlike BMI, which has no redeeming qualities). But outside those circumstances, it's just distracting and making a lot of folks anxious for no reason.
