I can't believe I mentioned both Daisy Circuit and Rosalina's Ice World as the most viable curveball candidates..., and we then get both of them for the exact reasons I brought up! 😳
@@FunkyOverload I agree. Not sure why people wanted it. It’s nice and all, but we already have too many highway tracks plus Daisy circuit is just better overall. I’m glad it made it in.
I really think Airship has a massive chance now because how upset I noticed quite a few people were about Mario circuit in wave 4, that would be an ultimate comeback
Airship fortress wouldn’t be healthy for the game unlike ds Mario circuit was but alright. Have fun in 9th place trying to catch up only to realize the track is just tight corridors with 0 shortcuts as you get hit by everyone and left in the dust.
@@bombpwr I’m guessing your an airship fortress hater. It’s literally the 2nd biggest fan favourite track on the DS and in my opinion it deserves a 2nd remake. In mario kart 7 it’s my favourite retro track in the game. Daisy circuit has no chance in my opinion because there’s so many wii tracks now, wii rainbow road will 100% be the final track of wave 6 but other then that, I personally don’t think Daisy circuit will make it
Daisy circuit is a nice pick, it had a glow up in Tour. However, I can’t help but keep my hopes up for airship fortress. I mean it’s literally INSANE that it hasn’t been added In the BCP yet. Not just because it’s a fan favorite, but it was LITERALLY MADE IN TOUR. Not really only was it a fan favorite and got a glow up in Tour, but it was replaced with a circuit track. Nintendo is truly baffling sometimes.
@@mattdickson627true also in my personal opinion, I prefer the dark, purple background that was in ds and mk7 than the orange background they updated in tour
@@HoneyBunny0912 me as well. The lava and overall fiery color scheme was not my favorite, I prefer the purplish and sky-high vibes of the original. Pretty much a double loss for poor airship fortress. It was replaced with what was most likely the last ds track, and to add insult to injury, it was replaced by a circuit track. So not only is airship fortress unlikely to return but If it somehow does, it will most certainly take from Tour’s lava version.
I think Airship Fortress might clash with Bowser Castle 3 but I think we should stick with it having both AF and BC3 due to the lack of Bowser theme courses in MK8 overall and I would place these tracks in either cup, I don’t really care
Well it’s not that hard to predict, because in the Wave 2 files Tanooki Mario and Cat Peach were shown as alts. I predicted Diddy, Funky, Pauline and Nabbit
Man you predicting DS Mario Circuit and Wii Daisy Circuit shows how much of an animal you are at predicting the booster course pass courses. What a legend
Daisy Circuit is probably the best Circuit track in the series (especially since it barely even qualifies as a “Circuit”), and it does somewhat give off a “celebratory feeling” for the final wave, despite Dry Dry Ruins probably being more fitting in terms of challenge (maybe they figured it’d be kinda redundant alongside GCN Dry Dry Desert)
It wouldn’t be healthy for the game. Tight corridors and 0 shortcuts isn’t fun when your tryna catch up in 8th place with your triple mushrooms as you get hit by everyone. 😩😐
@@bombpwr On god I really don't think anyone would mind that. Not healthy for the game? It's a fan favorite. And there are plenty of great tracks without many shortcuts.
My version of Wave 6 Characters: Pauline & Diddy Kong ACORN CUP • Tour Rome Avanti • GCN DK Mountain • SNES Bowser’s Castle • Piranha Plant Cove SPINY CUP • Tour Madrid Drive • DS Airship Fortress • BRAND NEW TRACK • Wii Rainbow Road
I’m sorry but your theory linking the new characters to the rows they occupy is too much of a stretch for me. Petey is the only one that I could see having thought put into where he ended up, but that was more since King Boo just happened to be at the end of one of the rows and nothing had to be moved to accommodate it. I will gladly admit it if I’m wrong, but Diddy Kong is absolutely one of the last two characters. There’s no way they pick Funky over him; Nintendo doesn’t care about being “unexpected”.
I dont know if its just the copium speaking, but i can actually totally see Airship Fortress taking its well deserved spot in this wave as the mystery track
My New Booster Course Pass Wave 6 Predictions: Diddy will be a Bowser Jr. light. Funky will be a DK heavy. Pauline will be a Rosalina heavy. Peachette will be a Cat Peach medium. The Acorn Cup courses will be Tour Rome Avanti, Wii Daisy Circuit, SNES Koopa Beach 2, and Piranha Plant Pipeline. The Spiny Cup courses will be Tour Madrid Drive, GCN Dino Dino Jungle, SNES Bowser's Castle 3, and Wii Rainbow Road.
I know I'm repeating myself here, but I still think Rome Avanti should definitely be in the Acorn Cup, because of how acorns are a surprisingly real staple in Roman architecture in real life.
Yeah, but I think it would be a fitting way to end the city tracks to have a track that takes place in the home country of the Mario Brothers, rather than ending on some random city that has no significance at all.
If 2 wii tracks get added and only 1 more double dash track I'll be so mad. There's already so many wii tracks in the dlc. Maybe I won't be mad if it's toad factory, but I think daisy circuit is boring. It's mostly flat and the visuals are the only good thing about it. Racing on it isn't fun or interesting. I'm still hoping mushroom bridge gets added. I just want to hear a remake of the song in 8s style. It would be amazing if they added mushroom city instead. But obviously moonview highway is too similar and also the city tracks. It would be surprising though. Maybe they'll put in airship fortress instead. Who knows. I feel like they might add king bobomb. Pauline and diddy/funky kong was my original prediction but king bobomb would be funny. There's also the possibility of another dlc. If they do that maybe all the tracks people want will be added. I'd rather get more battle stages and less tracks though. The ones in the game get boring. Pipe plaza and big donut would be so cool. Maybe they could add funky stadium and funky kong at the same time
@@Videoguy612 Yeah I really hope they add it. I'm very biased for thinking it will be in wave 6 since it's my favorite mario kart track. But it showed up in my mario kart dreams and so far every track and character I've dreamt about appeared in the dlc. Even wiggler. I thought I was stupid for seriously hoping wiggler would be added
Not really,, the only reason that track slot was being discussed in the first place was because of the assumption that the GCN track that *was* originally planned was scrapped.
I can’t believe you just seriously predicted another circuit track that wasn’t even the favorite prediction. It’s looking like your prediction is what will be Wave 6 aside from Cove being the last track in the Acorn Cup and Pipeline as the third in the Spiny Cup.
Realistically, I think that Diddy and Funky Kong are the most likely characters for Wave 6, however, my personal hope for the characters is that they end up being both Funky Kong and ROB. Personally, I still think that Dino Dino Jungle will be the Gamecube track of the wave, and that the replaced track will be either DS Airship Fortress (fan favorite to supplement for DK Mountain and also copium), 3DS Rosalina's Ice World (winter track & fits the difficulty of Wave 6 quite nicely, especially if it comes right after Rome Avanti), or 3DS Wario Shipyard (climactic atmosphere & difficulty for the final wave, especially if it takes the spot you put DK Mountain in). Personally, I'm hoping for Shipyard since the 3DS selection was done absolutely dirty by the Booster Course Pass so far. Your argument for Wii Daisy Circuit is also solid, though I think that if it is the case, the fans would probably crucify Nintendo even harder than DS Mario Circuit lol.
What throw me off is that we only had 1 "Unique" Tour per pass: Wave 1 with Ninja Hideaway, Wave 2 with Sky-High Sundae, Wave 3 with Merry Mountain, Wave 4 with Yoshi's Island, and Wave 5 with Squeaky Clean Sprint. What if... they only give us one between Piranha Plant Cove and Piranha Plant Pipeline? Sure, they will not throw at the garbage a free course, even more as the last wave: better finish on a good note! But let's imagine they do it anyway. What if: - We only get 1 non-city Tour Course? - Moonview Highway didn't replaced Mushroom Bridge, but an unreleased Tour Course due to lack of time? Therefore, allowing two GCN tracks? In those conditions, I can imagine: *Acorn Cup:* - (Tour) Madrid Drive - (DS) Airship Fortress - (GCN) Dino Dino Jungle - Piranha Plant Cove The theme? The Great Discoveries! From Spain (Madrid Drive), the navigators hop to the ship (Airship Fortess), sailing to the Americas where they cross heavy rainforested area (Dino Dino Jungle), ending at the Aztec capitals, which Piranha Plant Cove took inspiration from! *Spiny Cup:* - (Tour) Rome Aventi - (GCN) DK Mountain - (SNES) Bowser Castle 3 - (Wii) Rainbow Road The theme? I believe they wanted to start from Greece , climb Mount Olympus, then have a tracks about a Cloudy and Divine they didn't made in time, to finish on Rainbow Road. I guess the substitute would be starting from Italy (Rome Aventi), climb Mount Vesuvius (DK Mountain), but it erupts and put us in the bad guy lair (Bow Castle 3) which we triumph and goes to the celebration course (Rainbow Road).
My Booster Course Pass Wave 6 Predictions: The characters will be Diddy Kong (equivalent stats to either Bowser Jr. or Mario) and Pauline (equivalent stats to either Rosalina or Wario). The Acorn Cup courses will be Tour Rome Avanti, GBA Yoshi Desert, GCN Dino Dino Jungle, and either Piranha Plant Cove or Piranha Plant Pipeline. The Spiny Cup courses will be Tour Madrid Drive, DS Airship Fortress, SNES Bowser's Castle 3, and Wii Rainbow Road.
I feel like every one of these is a lock except for Daisy Circuit. I do agree that Mushroom Bridge is probably going to be replaced (for the same reasons mentioned) and that means that they’d have to bring a fan favourite track back. The only fan favourite tracks that I could see coming back are Daisy Circuit, Airship Fortress, or Dry Dry Ruins. In the same way that Moonview Highway was brought back to preserve a great remake of a fan favourite, I’d bet one of those three tracks will come in that spot. The only thing against Dry Dry Ruins here would be that it is a part of the special cup, just like wii rainbow road, which would favour the other two. Airship fortress is more likely than Daisy Circuit due to the sheer amount of wii tracks that we’ve had. I do think, however, that we could possible see GCN rainbow road replace wii rainbow road to keep the GCN track, throw a massive wrench into things (Nintendo fashion), AND bring back a fan favourite. At that point, all three are on the table.
GBA Circuit is a lock? there aren't even any more GBA tracks left on the prefix leak and why would they waste a spot on another GBA track that's a Luigi Circuit??!?!
What Ci’ara Auris’ prediction was: (in my headcanon) Acorn Cup: Tour Rome Avanti GCN Mushroom Bridge Wii Dry Dry Ruins Tour Warp Pipe Canyon Spiny Cup: Tour Madrid Drive Tour Piranha Plant Cove GBA Bowser Castle 4 Wii Rainbow Road
My predictions for wave 6: Acorn Cup: Tour: Rome Avanti GCN: Bowser's Castle Tour (Nitro): Piranha Plant Cove/Piranha Plant Pipeline NEW Track: (Unknown for now) Spiny Cup: Tour: Madrid Motorway (Idk what the Madrid track name is gonna be) GCN: Wario Colosseum SNES: Vanilla Lake 1/2/Bowser's Castle 3 Wii: Rainbow Road Characters: Diddy Kong and Funky Kong Let me know what you guys think of my predictions.
I just wanna throw a curveball, mobMD, mobile maldives. A maldives track is more summer-ish, but we got snow land in wave 2, so it is possible. Vacation islands in the indian ocean, it could be an amazing track and the tents could actually make sense
i'd be more than happy if that was the case, because another europe track just feels incredibly boring at this point. and the maldives would definitely feel very interesting as a finale (although the one problem is that the tracks are always named after the city that you drive in, and the maldives themselves aren't a city. but i hope that it's more original than madrid at least)
I'd agree with this completely, the only thing I would do is replace Daisy Circuit with Airship Fortress, but if we did get Daisy Circuit, GBA Boswer Castle 4 or Dry Dry Ruins I would still be satisfied despite the fact that Wii has been treated so much better in the BCP And for characters I want Funky but I'd be fine with Diddy, and an enemy to go with koopalings (Hammer Bro, Nabbit, King Bob-omb or Charging Chuck) instead of Pauline as it would fit better thematically and also it would add more life to the roster
Solid predictions, but I simply do not see a world where they add Funky Kong but not Diddy. He's basically the Luigi of DKC and still semi-consistently appears in Mario spin-offs, with MK8 being an infamously notable exception since the Wii U version came out. If there's anyone that I'm nearly 100% confident will be there it's him. The second character slot is the real question for me though, as I think it could be anyone between Funky, R.O.B., Pauline, Hammer Bro or Nabbit. Personally I hope they throw a curveball and add at least 2 more slots though cus having to pick only two sucks LOL
The two more slots could replace Tanooki Mario and Cat Peach and they will become alt costumes since they have the same weight as normal Mario and Peach
What Deltron’s prediction was: (in my headcanon) Acorn Cup: Tour Rome Avanti Tour Warp Pipe Canyon GCN DK Mountain Tour Piranha Plant Cove Spiny Cup: Tour Madrid Drive GCN Dino Dino Jungle 3DS Bowser’s Castle Wii Rainbow Road
Ngl... I agree with Bertil JUST A BIT MORE in some areas. Hell no to Vanilla Lake/DDJ tho lol. Jokes aside, I like how original your predictions are! Wave 6 will for sure be VERY interesting indeed!
while i do think that an 8th wii track would be wayyy too much wii tracks (since it's half of the game), daisy circuit would definitely be a really fun inclusion. i cannot find a single pattern of 8 tracks that i am confident in predicting, there are always a few tracks that just don't feel right in their respective slots or as a track that is coming in wave 6. so i definitely am interested in what wave 6 will really look like (although it will probably not be a wave for me, since i don't like most of the tracks too much, but oh well)
And we’ve already got Moo Moo Meadows, Wario’s Gold Mine and Grumble Volcano as base game content so now we’ve got 9 tracks from Wii in 8 Deluxe already and we’re getting Wii Rainbow Road in Wave 6 so now that’s 10 Wii retros in one game
Basically, if Mushroom Bridge really gets scrapped (which is very likely considering Moonview Highway being added before it), the easiest and quickest way for nintendo to fill that slot is with a retro already in Tour, and common sense says it should be a fan favorite (but with Nintendo... you never know) because why waste the chance, right? However, after Wii already got a last minute addition to add up to 7 whole tracks, I just can't see the mystery track being yet another Wii track, when N64 is stuck with 2, NDS with 4, and 3DS with 3... My personal candidates for the mystery track are: N64 Bowser's Castle (a prediction that would require SNES BC3 to be in the acorn cup) 3DS Shyguy Bazaar (However the Rosalina Ice World half pipe argument makes it a close second) and of course NDS Airship Fortress, being pretty much the entire community's number 1 request (out of the tracks that aren't already obviously coming like Wii RR) Either that, or they can just find the time to develop the otherwise scrapped nitro and add that in there anyway.
Ok so i think i can try predicition!!! Hope i dont mess with tracks placements by mistake- Anyways: - Acorn Cup - Rome Avanti Airship Fortress (Instead of btc Mushroom Bridge) SNES Bowser Castle 3 Piranha Plant Cove - Spiny Cup - New Maldives Track DK Mountain Piranha Plant Pipeline Wii Rainbow Road Characters: Funky (Or Dixie) Kong gets first ? spot R.O.B gets the second ? spot _Cat Peach and Tanooki Mario gets moved to alts_ Pauline gets Tanooki Mario slot Diddy Kong gets Cat Peach slot
They aren’t gonna get rid of Tanooki Mario & Cat Peach, they have different stats and animations to Mario & Peach, that whole thing where they weren’t appearing for rivals was just a glitch that got fixed up, so the last 2 would be Diddy Kong & Pauline as ROB isn’t coming to Tour at all and he can’t fit onto a bike & ATV and Nintendo always prioritizes Diddy over all DK characters except DK himself, if Diddy doesn’t come, no Kongs join the roster at all since that’s the rules Nintendo always abides by as you don’t see a Mario spin-off game where a Kong is playable with DK that isn’t Diddy, it’s a rule and always has been since 2003
my wave 6 prediction after direct: tour madrid drive wii daisy circuit (confirmed) piranha plant cove gcn dk mountain tour rome avanti piranha plant pipeline snes bowsers castle 3 (if it gets cancelled then dry dry ruins but that is unlikely) wii rainbow road
I’m really upset how screwed over Double Dash got in the bcp :// so few tracks for a game with such a stacked roster of banger courses. I love Wii as much as the next person, but they are loving it WAY too much … it deserved at least the last 2 here. I definitely don’t think we’re getting TWO extra Wii tracks than the prefix leak though, that would be way too crazy imo
If the BCP Wave 6 threw a huge curveball, Airship Fortress NEEDS to come back. I would replace one of the two GameCube courses in order to make that happen. I think Diddy Kong will come will be the most likely addition, since we can’t have Funky without Diddy, and he has been in 3 games, as of right now (Double Dash, Wii, and Tour). Also, since there is a guest slot up for debate, I think R.O.B. should come into the game to throw everyone off, since he was a guest character in Mario Kart DS. I agree with every single point you have, regardless, because we all know which courses are coming.
My dream wave 6: Acorn Cup - Rome Avanti - Wii Dry Dry Ruins - Piranha Plant Pipeline - DS Airship Fortress Spiny Cup - Piranha Plant Cove - DK Mountain - SNES Bowser Castle 3 - Wii Rainbow Road I would absolutely love for the Spiny Cup to feature no cities. I know it's very unlikely, but I feel like one last classic Mario Kart Cup without any cities would bes a nice way to end the Booster Course Pass. Plus Piranha Plant Cove works like a city track so it could still fit as a starting course. This isn't happening but If it was I would go nuts lmao
Especially when Nintendo always prioritizes Diddy over every other Kongs after DK, I mean you don’t see DK & some other Kong in spin-off games together and not Diddy
I still really want Pauline. Petey and Kamek are godly additions, but it takes her to make it complete. And yes, the recent Tour and her new alt show they've not forgotten about her and are willing to make model alterations (aka a bike suit).
Characters: Diddy Kong (Smaller character for that row), Captain Falcon (Crossover) Items: Bowser Shell, Fake Item Box (2 item slots are empty) Acorn Cup: Tour Rome Avanti (Last City track so far…also tougher) DS Airship Fortress (A beloved, difficult track remade in Tour) GCN Mushroom Bridge (I love this one, but it’s also in Tour) Piranha Plant Pipeline (The newest nitro track!) Spiny Cup: Tour Pittsburgh Parkway (I’m from Pittsburgh so I’d love to see this) SNES Bowser Castle 3 (One of the few SNES tracks in Tour) RMX Rainbow Road R/T (This is a Rainbow Road in Tour with Mushrooms, Meteors, Split Paths, and Piranha Plants. Wow! Plus, it’s Rainbow Road) Wii Rainbow Road (I hate to be generic, but it’s inevitable)
Right? It makes no sense when Nintendo always prioritizes Diddy over Funky in every spin-off games, I mean none of the Kongs ever get into anything except in Hoops, MKW, Sluggers & Tour but 9/10 it’s always DK & Diddy or just DK
17:38 To be fair, it isn’t impossible that both of the jungles were initially planned (DK Mountain for Wave 5 and Dino Dino Jungle for Wave 6) before Nintendo decided to scrap Dino Dino Jungle and let DK Mountain in Wave 6.
@@CaptainRillaboom It may have been planned prior to Wave 2, but Nintendo decided to go with “GCN DK Mountain,” after finishing up “Wii DK Summit.” It’s obvious. Look at the halfpipes.
@@chucke.cheese2212 Well, I personally think this decision is kinda disappointing. 1-Dino Dino Jungle fits Wave 6 better. 2-It would allow to give more love to MK7. 3-DK Mountain clashes with DK Summit. 4-DDJ is more complex and interesting than DK Mountain.
@@CaptainRillaboom 1. “GCN Dino Dino Jungle” and its supposed slot was originally meant for Wave 5, not Wave 6. So, scrapping it in favor of “GCN DK Mountain” makes sense. 2. MK7 kinda ruined “GCN Dino Dino Jungle,” as the glider section, camera angling and random tricks were kind of the problem, and would be hard to work with in console mode of the Switch. 3. “GCN Dino Dino Jungle” clashes with “Thwomp Ruins”, “3DS Music Park”, “Wii Grumble Volcano” and “DS Peach Gardens.” 4. Complexity isn’t the issue. It’s consistency within the complexity. You have to remember, this is also the same Wave that includes “Wii Daisy Circuit” and “3DS Rosalina’s Ice World.” Some of the easiest Mario Kart tracks known to man.
Alright, here’s an oddball prediction that I hope catches your attention! Acorn Cup - Tour Rome Avanti - GCN DK Mountain - Tour Piranha Plant Pipeline - Brand New Nitro Course We Haven’t Seen Before Spiny Cup - Tour Madrid… Mamba? - GCN Dino Dino Jungle - SNES Bowser’s Castle 3 - Wii Rainbow Road Characters: Diddy Kong & R.O.B. What time is it? EXPLANATION TIME! So, first of all, the obvious thing you’ve probably noticed. DK Mountain and Dino Dino Jungle being in the same wave (Yes, I actually agree with Deltron there). Unless Tour throws another curveball and puts in another GCN track that would actually be at least somewhat fitting, this is the best assumption that I could come up with. Yeah, they’re both jungle tracks, but they’re also both dynamic and fittingly difficult for the final wave on top of both of them being pretty beloved tracks by the community already. And sure, they both have the same music theme, but that streak was broken a year ago when they put Waluigi Pinball in wave 2 and just used the exact same remix from the base game’s Wario Stadium track. The equilibrium is dead. Just get over it, and wait to see if the next Mario Kart game will be the one to have completely unique music pieces for every single course it has. And no, I don’t think Nintendo will scrap a GCN course, they know what their fan-favorite Mario Kart Games are, so why wouldn’t they want to capitalize on the opportunity to also end a community-wide war (you know which one I’m talking about)? It’d be like killing two birds with one stone. Next up, where I put SNES BC3. I’ll be honest, at this point, I’m fairly certain that that is the reason as to why the track wasn’t in wave 5. Like this, they’d be upholding tradition by putting it right before Wii’s Rainbow Road. Sure, it might be a little underwhelming, but at this point, it wouldn’t be the first time. (Side Note: Do u like my Madrid name? Feel free to let me know!) Uh, what’s next?… Oh, yes! That brand new nitro course I brought up! Ok, yeah, honestly, I have no idea what this course could be about. I just hope it’s unique and fitting for Wave 6 specifically, whilst also being strong enough to stand on it’s own as a Mario Kart track. Before I get to my final point, a quick mention about my character predictions. Yes, I think the idea of Funky Kong being in but not Diddy Kong is not a good one. Look, whether you like Diddy Kong or not, he’s basically the Luigi of the Donkey Kong Country franchise. He makes so much sense as a mainstay Mario Kart character. And even though I’d love to have Funky back, it ain’t happening because to make the long story short, he got replaced with the wiggler. And as to why I chose R.O.B.? Well, not only will he not clash with any of the other characters, but he’ll also be coming from a Mario Kart game that hasn’t gotten any character representation in the BCP. And he even fits as a part of the bottom row being reserved for non-Mario characters. AND DON’T YOU DARE TRY TO TALK THIS POINT DOWN, YOU KNOW ALL TOO WELL THAT WIGGLER DEBUTED IN THE BCP BEFORE HE MADE IT INTO TOUR. And speaking of replacing, this now brings me to my final point. The complete lack of Piranha Plant Cove in my lineup. Yes, I think Nintendo didn’t scrap the unknown nitro track that we’ll supposedly never get to see, I think they scrapped PPC. Because when you think about it, it has the systematic variants of a city track… but it’s not a real place. And while you think that makes it more unique, for all extensive purposes, using the power of nonsensical Nintendo logic, they probably view it as a freak of nature, an abomination, and just to make sure, an affront to God. So, yeah, there’s all my BCP wave 6 predictions, and I really hope you enjoyed reading all of this, because this took way too long to put together. Oh, wait… I forgot about the release window. Well, since wave 5 put a wrench in what I expected, I’m just gonna have to say November/December for now without getting too specific. Great vid, as always A.B., and I will of course, see you in the next one! 👋
To be fair - Wiggler was at LEAST a Mario character with an ID gap for him beforehand. Mario Kart Tour actively removes Non-Mario material in things that had it before (Paper Glider, Streetle)
This would be my perfect wave 6 (Yes I Know It’s Not Gonna Happen) Acorn Cup Rome Avanti Lakeside Park Piranha Plant Pipeline Airship Fortress Spiny Cup Madrid or any other city idc Piranha Plant Cove SNES Bowser Castle 3 GCN Rainbow Road
@@MarioandJulius Correct ✅, since we're still getting 2 GCN two courses for the final Wave. DK Mountain 💣🌋🌴 is only GCN track will likely come to the BCP. Because it feels like a finally in the Spiny Cup (before Wii's Rainbow Road) 🌈🌟 🌎. Now the another GCN course it could be Mushroom Bridge 🍄🌁🚘. Even this track it all really in Tour. But that depends if Mushroom City 🍄🌃🚘 would come to the BCP after comes to Tour first. ID Assets: GCN Mushroom Bridge and / or Mushroom City. • Car Mushroom 🚘🍄 • Car Bomb 🚘💣 • Wiggler Bus 🐛🚍
I really think they are going to put BC3 right before Rainbow Road. It just feels right. Since the tour nitro's are unlabled, I don't see a problem putting PPC next to Madrid. I also like the Daisy Circuit take, but I think that one is going to be up in the air for months. I personally want Shy Guy Bazaar, since it was cut from the OG DLC. But Iceworld or another GBA track would be fine too.
Based off what courses we have left in the Prefix Leak and the courses we have available in Tour... I do not think we are getting two GCN courses in Wave 6. Mushroom Bridge is too weird to fit in a wave with difficult courses, Mushroom City is too similar to Wii Moonview Highway and Dino Dino Jungle - can easily rule it out since the modal is literally a copy paste of Tour. So really, I see the only GCN course being DK Mountain, it is a fan favorite. I see Wave 6 having the same surprise as Wave 5's Wii Moonview Highway, but it will be a course EVERYONE wants to see - DS Airship Fortress. It is true that Tour could simply add in more courses after the 4th Anniversary Tour but what GCN courses could fit in this wave that isn't Bowser's Castle or Rainbow Road or Wario Colosseum? Yeah, not many. I do kinda see Nintendo announcing 3 more waves since the next-gen Nintendo console is likely slated for Holiday 2024 according to rumors and I believe this will have backwards compatibility since Nintendo wants a smooth transition and keep those millions of players that purchase the Switch. So yeah... for those that want a new Mario Kart entry... sorry Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the definitive Mario Kart. OK. How funny would it be if we get 2 Bowser's Castles. One from the SNES and one from the 3DS. Actually having GCN Bowser's Castle could work too. We don't know what's going to happen after the 4th Anniversary Tour in terms of daramining so clear they could add it out of nowhere and I kinda want to race on it since I never played Double Dash. If it is Daisy Circuit, I am going to probably eat a flower.
I believe having both Diddy Kong and Pauline makes more sense though considering the fact that I feel like they will want to add a new light weight character, plus they would want to appeal to the female audience by adding another human female character like Pauline, who I reckon they'll add to the same weight class as Mario and Ludwig presumably. I personally can't see them introducing Funky Kong as we have already received 2 big heavies in Wave 5, not to mention all 3 new characters in Wave 5 were enemy characters, meaning I also don't think Hammer Bro will be added.
Actually Diddy & Pauline’s weight classes are already predetermined since everyone we’ve gotten have been from Tour their weight classes are also being carried over, Diddy’s a medium weight while Pauline’s a heavyweight, they can’t change their weight classes but as we’ve seen with the 2 heavies in Wave 5 they can give them unique stats
@@oliverorchard6774not really, Diddy was a medium weight in Wii he just maintained that weight class in Tour unlike Bowser Jr who reverted back to lightweight in 8DX and they were both the same weight class in DD & Wii Pauline though she’s taller than Peach , almost the same size as Rosalina so her as a heavyweight makes sense
My predictions: Acorn Cup: Tour Rome Avanti: It just makes sense, especially considering Rome actually has a history with acorns. GCN Mushroom Bridge: Hear me out. I feel it’s still going to be this track because in the prefix leak, Moonview Highway’s spot was unlabeled, which to me feels like it was a placeholder until Nintendo decided on it. However, we have 2 spots that are explicitly labeled as “GCN” originally. This to me feels like they will be from Double Dash, regardless of where they end up being placed, and since I don’t think they’ll put both DK Mountain and Dino Dino Jungle in the DLC, that just leaves only one possibility. Unless another GCN track comes to Tour soon, Mushroom Bridge is coming. Plus, we’ll be getting a banger remix, so there’s that. SNES Bowser Castle 3: I will admit, there is a possibility that it’s the 2nd or 3rd track of the Spiny Cup, but for reasons I’ll explain in a bit, I feel like this is the best spot for it. Piranha Plant Cove: This can be swapped with Piranha Plant Pipeline, but I feel this is the best spot because we won’t have 2 route changing tracks very close to each other (Yes, Peach Gardens is right after Berlin Byways, but that happens on the final lap, so that’s fine). Spiny Cup: Tour Madrid Motorway (predicted name): I don’t really know what the layout would be, but I envision this track to be a little more chaotic than Rome, so I’m putting it here. GCN Dino Dino Jungle: Yes, DK Mountain is a fan-favorite, but so is Airship Fortress. Plus, this track is a lot more unique compared to DK Mountain. Until the trailer drops, I will always be Team DDJ. Piranha Plant Pipeline: This has big penultimate track energy, I just feel like this is the best spot for it. Wii Rainbow Road: Do I even need to explain? Regarding SNES Bowser Castle 3 placement: In previous waves, the third track of the cup is usually reserved for more difficult tracks, and BC3 does definitely fit the bill. However, in the Moon Cup, the 3rd track was Merry Mountain, which leads me to believe that they’ll repeat this and put PPP as the 3rd track of the Spiny Cup. The first and final tracks of each cup are either Tour tracks, fan-favorites, or a Rainbow Road, which BC3 is none of them, so those are out, and it feels too difficult to be the second track of either cup, so those are out. I would love for it to be right before Wii Rainbow Road, but both Piranha Plant tracks do kind of make it difficult to do that, so by process of elimination, the 3rd track of the Acorn Cup is the best option for it. Characters: Diddy Kong and Pauline Release date: Around early-mid November That’s about it! Let me know what you think of it!
I like your prediction because yours is the same like mine but yeah moonview highway actually took one of the tour nitro out I think a lot of people don’t know they think moonview highway took out Mushroom bridge but it’s was a tour nitro but I do love your predictions I still think Dino Dino jungle is going to come number one Nintendo keeps teasing it and number it’s can be in the spiney cup
On my personal preference, I would remove Wii Rainbow Road and have Toad’s Factory take over and DK Mountain would be replaced by Airship Fortress. If that happens, my dream will come true because I played Mario Kart Wii since I was little and never got the chance to play it since 2015 because the game disc got scratched and I love having a sense of challenge because I am a pro at Mario Kart. So that’s why this is my preference.
I think most creators are over looking these predictions. Everybody things they are going to add two piranha plant tracks. There’s no way Nintendo would do this. Two curve balls are coming, I could see another Wii track (like daisy circuit) and maybe add another GameCube one like mushroom city, or Dino Dino jungle. Am I the only one who thinks this?
I wouldn’t say the only one but definitely in the minority. The datamines have been entirely correct besides some minor changes but it still means we’re going to get the tracks on Albert’s list (except for Daisy Circuit most likely). Piranha Plant Pipeline is even called Pipe Canyon in Japan and Piranha Plant Cove is also called Piranha Temple. Localization just sucks at naming things so obviously it’s gonna be awkward that we’ll get two named Piranha Plant tracks here in the west, but we’ll still get them anyway. Moonview Highway replacing an unlabeled track makes sense because it’s probably extremely likely that they never had a third nitro in development and merely kept that spot as a placeholder retro, since Wave 6 was still so far out compared to the BCP’s release. With that said it’s extremely unlikely they’ll replace any other prefixes so expect 4 Tour tracks (two cities and two nitros), 2 GCN, 1 SNES, and 1 Wii. And they’re all in this video again except Daisy Circuit imo.
The Piranha Plant tracks aren't even similar in the slightest outside of having "Piranha Plant" on their localized names. It's not a stretch to get both of them
They both have the same name, but they are thematically different. One takes place in a ruins and the other takes place in pipes. Mushroom City is unlikely to come into Tour. And it clash SO hard with Moonview Highway. Retros are done with Tour, so yes, you are the only person who thinks this.
It's not because a track doesn't have a prefix that it's a nitro, it can also be just blank, so just a placeholder, maybe Nintendo didn't know what to put here when the prefix leak occurred, so they left it blank
The truth is I prefer DDJ because it's more entertaining, (it also appeared in a bag in squeaky clean sprint) and DKM is a DK summit without snow, remember that this is just my personal opinion.
Tbh I’ve been disappointed in the last two waves. After wave 3, it went downhill in my opinion. None of the tracks they’ve added were even that good of tracks in my opinion. And I was SUPER disappointed with how dirty they did sunset wilds. The only track I loved in the last one was Vancouver Velocity.
