Sir, i am suffering from cervical meyolopathy and operated at C5-6-7 PIVD/ACDF. After surgery tingling and numbness vanishes However due to Myelopathy my walking still not improving. After 5 years of surgery still feel numbness and stiffness in both legs and lumber pain. As per post surgery MRI there is no further changes means old and new MRI are exactly similar except at C5-6-7 which is fused after surgery. Hence please advise whether this can be improved means are there any chances to strengthen the legs, remove stiffness by overcoming this cervical meyolopathy. Please advise suitably. Thanks!

Sir, I am diabetic patient since 2016 & I have both leg burning and tingling for 6/7 years. Doctor prescribed me Pregabalin 50 mg once a day at night and addition MEGO -XL cap in which composition have methylcobalamin , Alpha Lipoic Acid, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride and Folice acid once a day morning after food. On the other other hand I have left uretric stricture ( kidney problem), through my creatinine still 1.11 and GFR 85 with high Uric Acid. My Urologist doctor prescribed me for uric Acid Allopurinol 100 mg once a day at night for 1 year. Now my question is any medical interaction of Allopurinol 100 mg and Pregabalin 50 mg whereas is the taking both at night. I am facing symptoms as newly in my body that Shoulder pain, back neck, scruff pain , Head pain and pin pain in head even Ear pain etc etc . My doctor is from a hospital out of my state. I have sent email but no response coming yet. Sir Please reply my comment.
