Congrats on your pregnancy! I just announced my pregnancy, I am 9 weeks today and we just found out we're having twins! So excited to follow your journey!

The first month of pregnancy, I was so tired and remember having to pullover to take a nap in the car and it was 100 degree in Texas summer!

I know someone who went into labour 20 weeks early and the baby survived so don't expect it will be later as there's a chance it could be earlier as well! So excited for you guys you will be such good vegan parents!

The out of breath is SO normal! So don't freak out when you can't seem to catch it, ever. And you get winded from walking from the couch to the fridge... Your body is working SO hard! :)

Has any one mentioned that pregnancy can effect your memory and train of thought? Food aversion is natural, by 12 weeks you should be over most of it. They also can tell the sex of the baby by then with bloodwork. Your symptoms you are mentioning sounds like anemia, double up on iron. I had to take baby vitamins because adult vitamins made me ill.

Yes, do the wives tale gender tests! My favorite is the one that uses your ring, a strand of hair, and your hand. It works even if you're not pregnant. I've done it about 50 times and every time I says I'm having two girls in the future.

I love these videos. Just remember, every person, every pregnancy is different. It's totally normal to feel crappy and emotional. I never liked bananas.. my first pregnancy, I couldn't eat them enough.. pasta, fruit and ice cream. You will go through so many changes, you will wonder if you're going crazy. ❤️❤️

The Chinese gender calendar was right with both of my kids genders and my best friend's, too! Wives tales are so fun. My pregnancies felt like they lasted forever as well! I hope you feel better soon. Austin might be right. When I was pregnant with my daughter I was such a mess! So sick, EXHAUSTED, spacey, emotional, my face was broken out way more than with my son and all food just sounded so gross.

I feel you on the time going so so slow when pregnant ! I am almost 25 weeks pregnant and it feels like forever. I know that when the holiday start we will be so busy hopefully time is going to fly faster.

Ginger flavor of No to morning sickness tea was the remedy I was using to ease my sickness that was prevailing all day long. It soothed me completely.

Funny - on the not drinking thing. I told my in-laws the same thing, they'll know if I'm pregnant when I refuse a glass of wine upon my arrival at their house.

If you aren't taking any b vitamins or extra iron, it's really helpful for tiredness and weakness and boosting your mood during pregnancy. Also you could have decaf coffee! Tastes the same! I reallllly recommend in the third trimester the third trimester tea by earth mama baby angel

I am also the type of person who never throws up, and I have a very strong stomach but I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and still throwing up in my pregnancy! It's the most I've ever thrown up in my whole life. It's called hype remedies brava datum, I hope you don't get this (it's very uncommon!) and you don't get sick in your pregnancy! Good luck!!

I'm 7 weeks+ pregnant right now and i can relate to everything you said! Based on my period my due date is July 4th but from the ultrasound measurement it's July 12 so I had to basically relive the 7 week pregnancy all over again and it feels forever! My doc say that's probably coz I ovulated one week late. I'm soooo tired everyday and lay in bed all day. I'm so bored too but I don't have energy to do anything and I feel like such a useless person. I don't throw up too just nauseous, it took me awhile to realise that every time I feel nauseous and unwell it's coz I'm hungry. I don't feel hungry anymore but nauseous= need to eat. My appetite is terrible and I don't feel like eating but I feel alive again after forcing myself to eat. So glad I found someone to follow on RU-vid that's slight ahead of me in progress!!

The mother of my child is 6 weeks and she suddenly quit talking to me and started telling me about another guy that she wants and has a crush on. We got in an argument that was not more then 3 min. It was all about what we’re gonna do w the baby. She wanted to set it up for adoption, I said HECK NO !!! I think I just fall in the category of a nice guy. She blocked me on social media and on my phone. Idk what to do, she’s taking the excitement out of the experience of pregnancy and having my first child. Some please help me out !!!! Advice anything this is killing so bad !!!

Aaah I'm due June 22nd 😊 with my morning sickness it lasted all day being nauseous but I never threw up. I bought these candies from target called preggie pops and they help with morning sickness and it worked for me! I also read that sea sickness bands help!

omg Dani it's crazy how we've had the exact same things so far, like I said In ur first post I'm due June 10th but my baby is measuring for June 14th. I was also super tired all day up until about 9 weeks but my headaches are still there, I wanna cry all the time. But Yaaay for us being 12 weeks in a couple days. hopefully all our symptoms will go away. 😄

Do yourself a favor and throw that Boppy out and buy a U-shaped pillow like Leahco Back & Belly. I had to return my Boppy because it was too annoying to pick up and flip over every time I tossed and turned at night. The U-shape makes it so you don't have to do that, so way less waking up in the middle of the night. Also my Boppy ripped several times within the first month of having it and it wasn't padded enough for me, maybe just poorly made?? The Leahco Back & Belly is super fluffy and it's like sleeping on a cloud.

I'm 6 weeks and I'm having those symptoms of exhaustion too...😫 tried to cook a soup yesterday 🥕🌽and had to have a nap inbetween chopping the veggies!😂 I feel so pathetic...but it's so early. ( headaches have started behind my right eye)....i wish I knew this beforehand!!!😭😭😭💛

I had coffee with both mine but just didn't fancy it for the first few months! Just have one if you fancy it! Also I was so lazy and unproductive and then emotional because of it! I also felt really low and sad at times but it's so normal! Bless you! X

first trimester is really slow!! I am in my second now and it seems to be flying by! I have heard it feels like it slows down again though as you get into your like 30 weeks.

OMG My daughter was built off of bean burritos and (not vegan at the time) but corn dogs when I was pregnant :) Lmao. I probably should have skipped out on the corn dogs but my freezer always had a 20 pack of bean burritos and a pack of corn dogs. Water, apples, cooking meat all gave me food aversions. Every time I had water and apples in the morning I would get so sick. And that is like my morning routine, I didn't figure it out until right before the second trimester when I stopped getting sick.

Did you not have an Obgyn prior to pregnancy? Congratulations! I've got 3 doctors involved in my pregnancy since I have an autoimmune disorder. June babies rule btw!! 😊

Just curious if you end up craving meat will you eat it? Cause a lot of times people say your cravings can be based off of what baby needs so I was curious if you would. Super happy for you can't wait to hear more wonderful updates!

The lightheadedness might be from lack of iron you should have it checked out.

I have some of the same symptoms right now. I'm lucky though because I haven't had to much nausea. sometimes after eating my stomach is upset though. but I've got cramps like nothing else. lol. constant for like a week now.

A good dr is a must! You might also want to start searching for a good pediatrician! You'll need one when you deliver. I mean you can use the one at the hospital, but you'll need one within the first week of life anyways!

I'm 2 years late but love the video!

I'm preggers too! Mine is due on May 24th. I haven't told my parents yet though, even though my first trimester is ending soon. We're going to tell our families this weekend, normally, but I'm dreading telling my side of the family for whatever reason, lol. I know my mom, sisters and grandma are going to be over the moon, but I'm not married and my family is a bit traditionalist, and my dad is weird, so we'll see how that goes, lol! As for the symptoms, ugh. The nausea. The nausea is horrible. I've been having it since like week 3-4? And it's been getting worse. Last week, I couldn't do anything because I was sick most of the day, and I hate vomiting, so it was really disheartening (also knowing the nausea is supposed to get better and better since week 10). Whereas I've only been sick twice before, but that's because I ate dairy without knowing there was dairy in the food beforehand. Oh yeah, the fatigue, lol. It's your body getting accustomed to all the hormones and the changes, it's normal! So don't worry, it'll get better at the end of the trimester. Don't beat yourself up over that! It's normal, and you should slow down and just relax. The boobs hurt like hell too! And for whatever reason, the right one hurt the most, and now it's quite bigger that the left, lol! And my bras are a bit uncomfortable now too... I think I need to buy a bigger cup size from now on. Will they grow still in the 2nd trimester, though? I haven't read anything about that yet. As for the food, veggies! I can't stand most veggies anymore, and it's annoying, because I don't know what to eat, lol. And I'm getting more and more weird cravings for me, like red meat dishes (merguez, beef burgers and things like that), even though I haven't eaten read meat in 2 years... And fruits! Always want fruit, and drink juices and all that! One hard thing, though, is cutting off tea. I love tea. I need tea in my life, even more so with winter and the cold. I like herbal tea, but it's not the same. It doesn't give you energy, and I'm sad I can't drink more than 1 cup of green tea a day (I've decided not to drink black tea). Wow! That was a long comment, lol. I haven't had the chance to discuss my symptoms with anyone but our doctor and my honey-bear, so it kind of feels good to let it all out in a place where I know people have had the same experience or are going through their first pregnancy too. Also, am I the only one that's a bit freaked out that a human being is growing inside my body? It's such a weird thing to think about :o

I'm currently 20 weeks with my first baby & OMG it took me until 18 weeks to not be nauseous ALL day and throwing up. I pray you don't have to go through that torture😝😷 haha I had such bad food aversions, fatigue & hot flashes on top of that too. So excited for you and your hubby! I love seeing all my favorite RU-vid girls preggo with me! Makes me feel less alone ☺️ & don't feel bad for sitting around being lazy! I was pretty much on bed rest for the first 3 months 😆 when your 2nd trimester comes around you'll be way more energized 👍🏻

Our kids were born in May & June and I kind of wish they were born in the fall, so they would be older in school! They are 5 & 7 now!

Ohhh I noticed that too there was this chicken I used to love now I don't I feel like they put toooo much seasoning on there but everyone says it's the same

June is an awesome month to have a baby. My husband and I are both born in June. :)

I felt like it was forever in the beginning because I was really sick that I couldn't work, so staying home all day felt really long and I couldn't go outside. I'm now 23 weeks and it seems to be going faster especially after finding out the gender 😊

I had that same pillow it was a life saver!! Theres a gender prediction test at CVS/ walgreens thats 80% accurate and was accurate for me so I'd recommend it :) you should do an old wives tale/ test video! Btw i felt EXACTLY like you do and I had a boy! I know a few of my friends who are pregnant with girls and have absolutely no symptoms. That said my prediction is still girl :)

Be careful with the ultrasounds and dopplers. They are not as safe as they seem. Look up Jim West's research on the dangers of ultrasound. I went through my first pregnancy without any ultrasounds. I just listened to my body and my baby. I used a fetoscope to listen to his heartbeat. The pregnancy and birth went very well. I gave birth at 42 weeks.
