Mam after my first baby delivery I have rectocele, forming a bulge in the vagina! I am soo much scared depressed and looking out for a way to fix it! Will any of the yogaasanas help or should I under go a surgery to fix it! My physician suggested to not worry about it and plan for your second baby , but due to Pcod my weight keeps increasing and also I do have harmonal imbalance! I feel helpless, I am 37 years old , delivered my first baby normal vaginal birth when I was 34 years! Please suggest me some remedy! Thank you 🙏
